TASM3 would start Filming in 2017 I believe, that's usually how it works

And they may wanna see the reaction to the villains and stuff in the sinister 6 movie for trial and error for TASM3

Spider-Man 3 doesn't have a rotten rating, and it wasn't panned. Mixed to positive reviews, my friend.

Also, Spidey wouldn't work in the MCU anyway. Well, not this version of Spidey at least.
