From what I believe, the third movie is gonna be everything meeting together. Sinister Six, Venom Carnage and the female spin-off. I think it's going to be one big cluster ****. If they don't have them going into TASM3, then what's the point in making them?

It's a 2005 movie that has nothing to do with Spidey or Venom, but this poster gives off the vibe I want the Venom/Carnage movie to have,,,,
From the "What we want in the third movie" thread:
He has a point! What is the point of these spin-offs if they don't all lead into TASM3 somehow?
Yeah, me too!
When I first saw it, I was like..."Venom"?

Something like this would be ideal, imo.
I have never thought of that as a possibility before but that certainly would be avengers-esque
It's all speculation though, I'll be very surprised if venom and the female character spin off are both released in 2017
I'd assumed that ASM4 would be Spider-Man and his amazing friends all squaring off against the Sinister Six. If Sonys smart they won't make ASM3 about that - but it's looking likely
Saw this posted in the Avenger forum http://news.yahoo.com/sony-slashes-...harge-mobile-division-062337649--finance.html uh oh!Spidey might be appearing in the Avengers 3..
Even if Sony did have to sell Spidey to Disney, I doubt he'll be appearing in the MCU anytime soon, not when they've possibly planned out the phases and Avengers films.
Spider-Man may end up getting his own TV series like Daredevil. I just don't want Spidey to be in the MCU and have films that are on par with IM3 and Thor: TDW, being very poor in my eyes (I haven't seen Cap 2 yet but I'm sure it will be better than IM and Thor).
?? What? most of their movies are good! TA, CATWS, GOTG, IM. for the most part they have a better track rate than Sony does

Well.. Spidey could work in a TV series!I'm not doubting any of the films you've mentioned there (still yet to see CATWS and GOTG), it's just the other sequels I mentioned before (especially the Iron Man sequels) that have seriously deteriorated in quality and were disappointments.
I'd rather Spider-Man have a decent live action TV series (even if it was 13 episodes per season like Breaking Bad did; quality over quantity) than start a film series with poor sequels, especially in the hands of Marvel who could do so much with the character. Who says that would end up being the case though? It would be great if Disney/Marvel could bring us Spider-Man films that blow the Raimi and Webb films out of the water.
Spider-Man works on both formats so well.
A big-budget Netflix series would be fantastic, and then could spin off into a film... The beauty of the MCU
