Hell yes. I'm guessing we'll be getting a poster with the trailer.

I knew I found her familiar. She's the same actress that played Ms. Honey in Matilda!

Found her hot then and she's still got it now. :wow:

WOW that is her! This movie just got better.

I still can't believe that's Ms. Honey, lol.

I knew it from the beginning. Not many were/are that the original actress cast as Mary Parker, Julianne Nicholson, dropped out was recast but when I found out, not long after the first trailer dropped, I was like "HOLY **** ITS MS. HONEY!!!"

On the official movie website it states that people aren't sure why Dr. Connors elects to be the first human test subject of the serum...so does that mean that the Connors in this movie has both arms, or is the person who typed up the character summary a moron?

Where did you see this?

We've seen pictures with Connors only having one arm and the comic con footage had him regrowing his arm at one point.

Are you talking about the bit where it says "His motivations are unclear as to why he elects to be the first human test subject"?

Yeah, that was a little silly. The man is missing an arm, he wants it back. Not sure how that's unclear.

Even if the description has it worded like that, it shouldn't make you have the assumption that Connors has both arms. I don't see how you can think that.

Maybe the question is why is he in such a hurry and why does he test it on himself first? nah even that is stupid. It was just a stupid thing to write in the character summary

Agreed, lol.

That was a stupid thing to put in the summary of him. I guess wording it that way was the only way the could make him seem mysterious and sympathetic rather than a complete selfish a-hole

The way it's written sounds almost like Connors knows that the serum is going to change him and he wants to be the lizard :awesome:

Maybe hoping for too much, but perhaps it's a story/trilogy point including Norman? Could be cool to see them demanding progress and combined with Connors wanting his arm, that leads to taking the serum?

It'd make sense given the official site description of Peter's parents in regards to secrets that put New York at risk and their jobs in Oscorp.

Or, you know, SHIELD comes into play. :P

Yeah, I like that Webb and Garfield refer to Spidey as a trickster.

The way Marc explained the 3D side of things makes me want to see ASM in this format even more!
When we first talked about it, it was in the heyday of 3D and there was a lot of craziness about it. But it was never forced upon us. I thought if there’s ever a movie that should be in 3D, it’s Spider-Man for crying out loud.

And watching it in 3D, particularly in IMAX, even the early stuff I’ve seen, it’s fantastic. You get a visceral feeling that you don’t get any other way when you have good 3D.

We shot this all in stereo so it was native 3D. Nothing has been converted. And when you get that scope, the movie gradually expands. It starts off in a very intimate, small way and gradually expands to take advantage of that sensation. So do you have to see it in 3D? No, you’ll still get the thrill of it. But those point-of-view sequences, those came very directly from a philosophy about putting the audience in Spider-Man’s shoes. We wanted them to feel what he feels, and that’s where those sequences came from.

Really happy that Spider-Man will have more quips this time. It's one of the things I like best about him.
