I wouldn't really call the second trailer a teaser. It showed pretty much everything. The first one though? Yep. Definitely a teaser trailer.

That shot is exactly the same in both trailers apart from lighting/colouring. You see his legs when he's just about to land. The shot in the second trailer is taken from the part when he just takes off... which is when you don't see his legs.

It's black inking, blue coloring is from spray paint covering the ink in the blue area

I must say it would have been an awful, awful decision if they made Spider-mans suit black and red. Everyone, even comic book fans, would be complaining about why they changed the suit that much.

Lizard isn't purple in the Ultimate

It came out years after publishing USM 001, and it actually did a surprisingly good job, no self pity drama from Peter, no mixed up identities and Peter thinking he's the clone, not overly elasticated and published in 4 titles at once.
Not saying the story is flawless, but it's great

Everything about Peter was ten times better than Mary Jane becoming a Goblin as well as the continuing story of Gwen being Carnage.

Granted, they both had their failures, but Ultimate's wasn't any better or an improvement.

I love how they handled him as an alternate reality version, not adapting the source material and trying to be strictly close and modernized, the writer got creative and delivered a cool job with Kraven

How was that cool? They just pretty much added the idea of John Jameson/Man-Wolf and combined it with Kraven, who was perfectly fine as a human and only tried to make him a monster to fit into the Ultimateverse that seemed to suggest you had to be a real freak to actually go against their version of Spider-Man. It wasn't cool; it was unnecessary and dumb. Look at every villain of his for the most part, they were all made to look like a real freak

Well, yah....and it's NOT Ultimate. Miles Morales was just a minor tidbit of what was ignorant about Ultimate.

Lol. I dropped after Peter died, don't see a reason to keep collecting since I mostly care for Peter

Crap that belongs in the toilet goes for the second half of O.M.D, first half of that story is alright

And Batman only had a lockpick and a flashlight as his main tools, so what's your point? Black and red doesn't resemble Spider-Man at all.

And....I just hate the Ultimate comics in general, and I've told you this before. It's just a way to grab a younger audience while they destroyed most of the villains except for pre-Magneto Doc Ock. And then they kill off Peter Parker, the only Spider-Man of this time, to bring in Miles Morales who looks like he's nine. And the suit itself even looks like crap. It looks like a symbiote suit but with red added to it.

Grey, purple....still looks like crap when it's not green.

And I'm not saying it's wrong being a fan of Miles, but I dislike the character and I think creating the character was just a cheap trick into trying to get different audiences.

I disagree. I think the Ultimate Spider-Man series was great and while it was created to give younger audiences an easier way to break into comics without having to research on decades of stories, it made good modern updates to the characters, especially and particularly Spidey himself.

Now, I will say that I don't personally care for Miles Morales but I don't really read those books now so I don't really care.

Anyways, It looks like Ultimate Peter Parker will be returning this june so, I'm happy.

Anyways, It looks like Ultimate Peter Parker will be returning this june so, I'm happy.

Ten to one, Miles Morales will end up being just another clone of Peter and we get that kind of storyline when Peter does return, lol.

The Ultimate comics destroyed every single Spidey villain, imo. Doc Ock was going to be the exception until his Magneto-like powers surfaced.

I love Ultimate Spider-Man. It lasted this long for a reason. It was easily the best alternate version of... well, any other mainstream comic.

Dare I say... I prefer Ultimate Peter to Amazing Peter, although that may be because Ultimate Spider-Man was the first Spidey comic I got into...
