Well, you've got an entire game to get used to it.
 
IMO, i think the belt looks cool. I take the whole costume overall as just another incarnation of Spider-Man. We got 3 previous films with a comic book accurate suit, so I'm willing to accept this one.

I would say if they do have the original 616 costume, they are gonna keep it standard as it appears in the comics to keep from looking anything close to the Raimi suit.

I am hoping for a bunch of alt skins for this game. The new suit has grown on me a fair amount to the point that I like it now. However, I still want a plethora of bonus suits, cause I like to dress Spidey based on my mood for the day :woot:

I think it's safe to say that we will be getting a large variety of suits, hell, we're getting to play as Stan Lee, doesn't get that much far out than that. I'm pretty sure they'll have plenty of suits for the multiple incarnations of Spidey. Now, this is just my opinion, I wouldn't be surprised if they put their own spin on other existing costumes that Spidey has worn throughout the years.

True. Nothing has really been mentioned though except that leak from Stan himself. I agree though that I think if Beenox is allowed to have 'their way,' there will be no shortage of bonus suits. Dee Brown said in that GameTrailers interview that both Activision and Marvel have been very cooperative with them, so I'd guess that goes for the suits too. And, as you say, I'd expect Beenox to put their spin on the existing costumes...that's what they do. :woot:

I've been saying, since the new movie suit was first shown, that the costume looks like it's missing a belt. So I'm actually pretty stoked that they added it. Though I think it would look better if it were red through and through and looked less like a batman utility belt...but beggars can't be choosers, I suppose.
 
I think it looks good as it is, and we won't see Spidey wasting time raising his shirt to open the belt
 
There will be times where he reaches into it to reload his webshooters
 
well at least all the talk about the belt is more "controlled" here than in the ASM film threads, whew boy, it was like World War 3 in that place last year

It was pretty bad but nowhere near the amount of chaos in the Batman threads.

I'm gonna take a shot in the dark, I'm assuming with his Username bing UltimateWebHead, the citizens of the Bat boards felt he had no say so whatsoever in regards to Batman's suit, at least I guess that's what happened :awesome:

Which Bat suit we talking about? The Burton version? Shumacher version? Nolan version? Arkham Asylum version? All of em have been great minus Shumachers atrocities.
