I doubt, I think the vigilante costume may be the closest thing, or maybe they have the right to use Andrew Garfield's likeness. It would be cool

I thought they said the VA for Spidey is someone who has done voicework in a past Spidey game but not necessarily Spider-man. Oh well. I don't really care...Sam has a great voice.

To better answer your question compared to Spider-aziz.

Yes, you do play as Parker out of costume, at the very beginning of the game. Other than that though, you are Spidey throughout.

Maybe early in the story, the demo shown feels like the start of Spider-Man 2, credits roll, start with Spidey on top of a building

Just a heads up.. Anyone with a 3DS can now play TASM demo. It's up on the shop, I'm gonna give it a try. If I can get a Spider-Man game that close to the PSOne games on my 3DS.. I'm getting it.

Spent some time with the demo on the 3DS.. All indoors which is semi lame but I got a good over all feel of the game. Not bad, combat is pretty good and imagine it will be better on consoles.

I will probably pick it up when it hits 20 bucks. Does feel a lot the PSX games. More so since the demo level is a bank.

Nice! It was basically the same demo footage but easily the best video yet. It makes a world of difference and you can see how awesome and fluid the combat is when someone playing the game has some skill with the controls. t:

Webslinging through an underground area a bit. I'm sure the outdoor levels will be fun enough. Played the whole demo, boss fight with Black Cat was kind of neat.

The moment Smythe's bio mentioned nanotechnology made me think something like this. He takes some nanotech serum to enhance his body and ends up becoming the Ultimate Spider-Slayer.

After all, we have the freakish, gray guy in the achievements list unaccounted for.
