anyway one thing i don´t remember:
[BLACKOUT] What happened to Meken?[/BLACKOUT]

The guy makes a run for it when Harry's being transformed, hah.

That's the last we see of him, as far as I remember.

thanks :yay: i really hope these scenes are on the blu ray or leak to the internet by some Sony employee^^ if it`s not on the blu ray i mean.

Me too, man. Me too.

I DID of course really like the final cut that I saw, but I couldn't shake the feeling of there being something missing, while watching it.

Having spoken a little more to TeeKay, it became obvious I was right.

Sigh, That scene with Harry breaking Gwen's neck. I think i would of flew into a rage at the cinema aswell as Parker. I don't think fans could handle that ****, it would of been very controversial if it happened just like MOS all over again.

If they had Harry snap Gwen's neck, I would have lost it. Not comparing it to MOS but I still dislike Superman snapping Zod's neck. If that's how Gwen would have died, I would have hated this film more than TASM1 and Batman & Robin because that's wrong.

there should be a thread with a list of all known deleted scenes.

I love stuff like that.

Totally.

Btw, I forgot to mention that there's no symbiote behind one of the six doors, anymore. It's been replaced with Rhino's mech suit, which is REALLY weird, seeing as Webb, himself said that it was Russian made.

I thought people said that the web line broke her neck.

she hits the ground with her head. It was cringeworthy.. it made a sound if i remember correctly.

The web catches her on the belly and the body bends and her head hits the ground.

there was an illustration in another thread:

Really liked the movie. Was an improvement on TASM, and was far more enjoyable and comic-book-y.

Gwens death was very well done - and I'll say this, as someone who dislikes the idea of Norman not being the Goblin, Harry being the Goblin totally works in the context of the film. He was a great villain.

i guess after the venom movie was announced ( it was, right?^^) they had to take it out. Probably a different back story to how the symbiote gets to earth.

Was it really, though?

Looked to me as if it were the whiplash that killed her - I didn't even notice her head hitting the floor.

Anyway, did you notice the nose bleed?

Hm... I think I remember Orci and Kurtzman saying the origin won't be alien, though?

Her neck definitely broke - she was dead before she hit the ground.

no didnt notice the nose bleed. Had to concentrate not to tear up^^

it happened fast but i think she hit the ground...hm.

hm. Then i dont understand the change behind the oscorp doors.

Her neck definitely broke - she was dead before she hit the ground.

before she hit the ground?

so now we had it all^^
1. didnt hit the ground
2. hit the ground and then died
3. died and then hit the ground^^

The web catches her and she flops, hanging there - dead. Her head then gets pretty close to the ground, from memory, and Spidey swoops down and cradles her (she could still be hanging or on the ground, but if so it was only by an inch).

**** sake, she didn't hit the ground. The one complaint I had with the scene is the fact she was TOO close to the ground so people think she hit her head. She didn't.

Look at the way her head dangles, it's way above the ground. The web was tightened so there was no way it could have hit the ground. She died from the whiplash, her neck snapped, and her hair hit the ground. The sound was of the web tugging completely and her clothes touching the ground/neck snapping.

I seen the movie twice and I made sure to check it the second time. It's her hair that hits the ground, NOT her. That's the point of the scene. She was so close to certain death yet Spider-Man saved her if you view it in that way, but as we know she didn't survive the whiplash.

I've seen the end a good 5 times now(working in a cinema) her head doesn't hit the floor.

It's the jolt from the web that kills her.

Somebody recorded the clocktower scene, I watched it again (I've seen it in the cinema first, don't worry) she definitely hits the ground. The sound alone gives it away.

No need to get your panties in a twist over the scene. lol. Does or doesn't. It's not the end of the world.
