Well 666 is approaching and I saw this video on youtube...it was pretty freaky if you ask me

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=49byH2zSATg

Ive done a little research right now about the Christian belief on the future. This really isnt meant to be a christianity is real thread but I know itll turn into one but I find it bizzare how some things said in the bible are actually happening!

Discuss here

The only reason why things said in the bible are happening because it is all written so anyone can mulipulate it in their own way.

If I make fun of Christianity will I be cool like you?
No. We don't make fun of Christianity with an over-riding desire for "coolness" as the primary motive. The mocking of it isn't the the magical ingredient that alchemically bestows the "cool" on you.

How it works is: You're already "cool", and, since you're cool, you tend to see that the emporer is wearing no clothes, and, in your indignance, you're more than happy to point it out to anyone with half a mind who'll listen.

That sounds amAZING!
So, like, what things are "actually happening"?

I, personally, can't wait for the thing about the human-faced horse-scorpions with long hair coming out of the bowels of the Earth to happen.

Well, we already have a human-faced satan-cat, so...

The Native American stuff I was referring to was the birth of the seven white buffalo calves on Native American reservations. Seven buffalos were born white, and then turned yellow, red and brown, like the four races (white, yellow, red and brown). The seventh one was born here in the province of Quebec (Canada), way up north not too long ago, and died soon after his birth for no apparent reason, as predicted. The birth of these seven calves is supposed to be a sign of the coming of a war to end all wars, followed by a time of great darkness when an evil empire shall rule the world, finally followed by a time of great peace and enlightenment. I think this was a Hopi-Navajo prophecy.

But the Bible v.e.r.y. clearly says that the antichrist will be a charismatic figure and that he'll be so seductive that the entire PLANET will agree to come under his rule, and they'll be praising him for all of the "Peace and Prosperity" he's provided.

It's another reason that the Bible simply can't be true. Do you think, even in 500 years, that ALL the nations of the Earth, Christian, Jew, Muslim, Hindu, etc. will ALL willingly relinquish their authority and give it to the SAME man?!?

Bale could do it. :o ;)

^that sucks! that means we'll pry never be around for the peace and enlightenment part . . . or maybe America is the dark empire that's ruling, and soon we'll all be on the path to enlightenment . . . SOG, do you have some reference titles for this?

I've been reading it here and there throughout the years. The first white buffalo calf was born in the Mid-West in the mid-nineties, I believe, and the seventh one was born and died here in Quebec last year. The Hopi and Navajo shamans (among other Native American shamans) say: "Big changes are coming, they are slow in getting here, but when they arrive, they won't stop". They predict the end of the fourth world (our world) and the beginning of the fifth world in 2012 as well. So we'll be around to see it happen (if we survive the "big changes", that is).

I remember that calf in the mid-nineties . . . I agree with the notion that the Mayan calendar will predict a great change, which I'm hoping will be the beginning of the end of one-dimensional thought . . . if you have any books that site these predictions, I'm eager to know . . .

I stand corrected. I had forgot about this prophecy. I don't know if they've all been born or not but SOG is true about there being a prophecy that deals with this.

Sorry for doubting you Sum. ;)

Apology accepted. ;) And yeah, they're all born, the seventh and final one was born (and died soon after, as predicted) on a Native American reservation way up north here in the province of Quebec. This worries me a little, actually, since the place where the seventh one would be born and die is supposed to be the place where the ultimate battle between the evil empire and the people who oppose it would occur in the not-so-distant future.

^weird!! are you serious!? The Canadians are going to rebel?

it's like the weird twist at the end of a movie, when you learn that one of the good guys is actually the villain . . . only in this case America is the villain . . . how's that for a twist!?

No, I don't think America is the "villain", the "evil empire that is going to take over the world", I think that it's merely a pawn, like every other nation on Earth, a pawn in the hands of a planetary secret government that some people call the "Brotherhood of the Illuminati". America is the last remaining "superpower" of sorts, and they'll get rid of it as well in order to establish their totalitarian New World Order.

Of all these delusional, embarrassing fairy tale-believers, I really like the Seventh Day Adventists, who proved that Jesus was going to come back in the 1800's, and, then when he didn't show, proved that he'll, um,...come later.

LMAO
Okay, will you stop being immature for a second. Christians will believe what they want to believe...Athiest will believe what they want to believe...I dont know whats the point of causing beef (yeah I said beef :o )
There is no need to start criticizing on ones religion just because you think you know it all  :down
Although Im christian I never make fun of anyones way of belief.

Why do I bother, this is the hype afterall

Yeah, based on my research today a lot of people seem to think things will go really bad @ 2010 and by 2012 the world will be screwed

Anybody ever tell you you're insane?

40 seconds into the video and I'm already laughing, because when a person voluntarily gets a barcode (there is an exclusive nightclub in Spain that uses a microchip in the arm for entry), it's a "sign of the apocalypse" and sells the latest book by minister that considers themselves an "expert in biblical prophecy".

it was going to fast... i couldnt keep up reading it! who ever made this was making fun of slow readers! ANTI CHRIST!!!
