What little footage we got in the trailer looks stunning.

The production values on Season 1 were ace.

Oh man the quality looks fantastic. The color looks so crisp. Glad we also have a confirmed November release, too.

Knew it would most likely come out on Blu-Ray. Nice to see it confirmed. Can't wait to get my hands on this sucker.

I hope the price for the blu-ray is reasonable. Something less than $100.

riddle me this
when is a pilot movie not a pilot movie"?
when it's the 1966 batman movie I ordered from amazon yesterday and today I see the ad for the series set as a certain detective student would put it
HOLY PERFECT TIMING

It'll be a nice little early Christmas gift to myself, maybe I'll just call it a Thanksgiving gift instead.

I laughed. :hehe:

:applaud

Great trailer. The HD looks amazing.

I'm in love with that trailer. pity I already have a wife.

I love how self aware the chosen diaogue for the trailer is. Romero Joker quipping "just in time" somehow makes the insane wait for an official release worth it. :D

Why is it fanboys are never happy?

I'm seeing alot of comments online like, ''That's great and all but you NEED to release a B:TAS Blu-ray, WB!!''. :hehe:

WB gives them one thing (and what a glorious thing it is) and they start *****ing for something else.

i'm more than happy. I already own TAS on dvd. I don't think I would buy it on bluray. On the other hand, this bad boy kept me waiting!

I know I've said this before, but I don't think BTAS would look "better" in a Blu Ray. I think you would lose some of the charm and overall aesthetic that the show was going for. It would look too pristine, and less like an old 30's technicolor cartoon.

I dunno, that's just me, though....

I agree with you actually. on the other hand, the adam west show remastered looks gorgeous. The colors are SO bright!

Yeah, this show looks great. But we should've all known what it would've looked like, since the movie was in Blu Ray, and it looked fantastic, too.

Totally agree.

Seeing how I'm using Mystery of the Batwoman's blu-ray to make gifs...it's quite jarring to see it so cleaned up. It almost looks like a fanmade remake.
