I think Joker is a bad idea in a movie with Riddler, Penguin, Catwoman, and a number of other supporting characters. Leave it alone for a while. Revisit Joker later.

Seeing how Pattinson is portraying Bruce, I think this Batman would be absolutely RIPE for Scarecrow to play with.

Like Riddler, Scarecrow is a great idea for a character in concept but hasn't really had his time to shine and could do for a new interpretation. I'd be curious to see how Reeves would make him.

I have a strong feeling Freeze will be in the sequel, as will one other villain. Hugo strange and Freeze would make a good combo. Scarecrow as well.

i can imagine hugo strange being a consultant brought on by gcpd or the fbi to create a psychological profile on the batman.
but he has his own nefarious agenda -- plus he's experimenting on patients and using a combination of drugs + hypnosis to have them to do his bidding, where they're almost like zombies -- it would be like a grounded approach to his golden age monster men story -- but still keeping that horror element.

and somehow mr. freeze is involved (maybe he's connected to strange's experiments).

a talented writer can come up with something good with these guys.
i can't plot out a story to save my goddamn life

Joker is just too good of a character for someone like Reeves to pass up. Hopefully for the third and closing chapter tho.

I want to see Scarecrow, Hatter, Two-Face, Black Mask, Sophia Falcone and Croc.

I honestly believe that Ivy can be done really well without the ability to control plants. There’s a lot that can be explored with her character in a more realistic tone.

As for Croc, go with the severe ichthyosis.

yup. lenses were done because it looks cooler in comics, plus easier to draw.

live action is a whole other animal.

I've never really understood the desire to white out Batman's eyes. It's not like he's the only hero to be drawn that way. Do Wolverine fans or Green Lantern fans go on about seeing these characters on film with white lenses?

Alright, if Reeves is going to bring in Joker and continue to torture Bruce, Joker has to be older and played by Willem Dafoe. The movie is about 2 hours of just Joker and Batman stuck in Arkham Asylum, slowly losing their minds over a lighthouse of some sorts .

Dafoe's Joker would surely be ludicrous enough to threaten to dock Batman's wages over insubordination or something idiotic like that lol.

As for the lenses, it would be something fresh for sure, but I'm fine with the eyes. And this shot is incredible.

I have a mild case of icthyosis. Lamented my misfortune for years until I had the displeasure of looking up harlequin icthyosis.

Now I have perspective.
