Nice! Very nice! Just add Christoph Waltz as Hugo Strange, Jason Momoa as Bane, and Rose Byrne as Selina Kyle/Catwoman and presto!

I like that casting. But a big NO to Ellen Page for me...that voice, Batgirl? :hehe:

Fair enough. I personally had casted her as Barbara in the scripts I wrote for a Batman series but in that version it went straight to Oracle, skipping Batgirl. So, I see what you mean when it comes to Batgirl, but I think she works for Oracle, depends which way the series went.

Some others I forgot to put down:
Hugo Strange: Patrick Stewart or (as rogue trooper suggested) Christoph Waltz
Ra's al Ghul: Jason Isaacs
Hush: Michael C Hall
Deadshot: Jim Caviezel
Mad Hatter: Timothy Spall
Scarecrow: David Tennant (I'd say Alan Rickman but he might be a bit old for the part)
Victor Zsasz: Ben Foster
Arnold Wesker: Robin Williams
Scarface: Jared Harris
Red Hood: Jensen Ackles
Stephanie Brown: Jennifer Lawrence or Chloe Grace Moretz

One character I tried to think of someone for and couldn't is Cassandra Cain. Anyone have any ideas about her?

The names that are suggested here keep getting worse ..

Here's my current dream cast.

Batman/Bruce Wayne - Joshua Jackson
Does brooding very well, capable actor as Fringe fans will know, 6"2, right age group, was apparently considered by Nolan before so maybe he will get lucky second time round like Cavill did.

Commissioner Gordon - Mark Harmon
Very seasoned actor and this comes across in his work. Has a kind & approachable, but serious manner which would be perfect for Gordon IMO

Alfred Pennyworth - John Hurt
Michael Caine played such a fantastic Alfred that it would really take an actor of similar calibre to play the role again, I feel Hurt would fill his shoes just fine.

The Joker - Crispin Glover
Anyone trying to emulate Ledger's Joker will never top it, so I feel the only solution is to play the Joker closer to the original comic one, which was a little different in execution to how Ledger did it. That Joker is weird, kooky, chilling, and I think Glover gives off all these vibes. He's always been my favourite for the role after Ledger. He has good acting chops too.

Catwoman/Selina Kyle - Rachel Weisz
Attractive, alluring, great actress.

Riddler - Benedict Cumberbatch

I think as an actor he exudes intelligence, but also a kind of creepiness. There's also been a lot of hype about his performance as a villain on the upcoming Star Trek film. I could definitely see him playing the Riddler.

Two-Face - Viggo Mortensen
The role of two-face is a tricky one as the actor has to play 2 extremes - the noble and good natured Harvey Dent and his much crueler and malevolent alter ego. He also needs maturity. Viggo Mortensen is one of the best actors in Hollywood and there's no doubt he could pull it off.

daniel day lewis for mr.freeze yo. he'd probably never do something like that but....

John Hurt as Alfred is not a bad choice

my favorite to play the role though is still Alan Rickman, followed by Pierce Brosnan

What I like best about Brosnan is, not only would he be very different obviously. But I see him as more hardened Alfred, who would be more accepting of Bruce as Batman and the others who he adopts as his allies, Robin and Batgirl. But of course Alfred uses sarcasm as a means to show his disagreement at times.

i could've sworn i was the only one who could see him playing alfred.

not so sure about your other choices though , lol

Elgaz, really good suggestions. I love the idea of Joshua Jackson as Bruce Wayne. I think he can nail it ! The rest of your cast is just as good.

Joshua Jackson has proven his acting chops on Fringe. I think he would be an incredible Batman.

I wouldn't be against Jackson. But they thought the best man was Bale...Time for fresh blood to be looked at. But, I wouldn't be against him at all.

he'd be fresh blood. kinda.

nic hoult? anyone? i know he's beast and all, but people seem keen on fass, but if they're gonna go young?
