I was looking through the July 08 issue of Blender magazine and found a breakdown of the Batpod and figured I'd scan it and post.

I wonder if the grapple hook reeling high tension cord is the thing that flipped the "Slaughter" truck. Because in the one picture of it flipped with the joker in front of it with the machine gun, We can see two cords coming from the truck, looks like the width of Batpod. Maybe thats how it gets flipped

Seems plausible, although it may just be chords from the crew while filming that were removed for the film.

He won't use the guns to kill people, if that's what you mean...

The Tumbler in BB had those rocket launchers, but he used those to clear a path for driving or to blow up structures that had to be taken down. I'm sure the guns on the batpod will serve a similar purpose.

In the first trailer after Rachel introduces Bruce to Dent and Wayne says "I most certainly hope not" it cuts to him on the Batpod in an alley and something shooting out of it.

Maybe thats where he uses it?
