The BATSUIT Thread

What looked so bad about this anyway in the 10 seconds in this clip that we got to see the lenses, aside from ThE aCtOrS EyEs not being visible?

While a big budget film could obviously execute it better, this clip is IMO a perfect example of why they shouldn't do lenses. It doesn't come off as intimidating, but rather feels emotionally flat. I know you lense-shippers don't want to accept it, but without the actor's eyes, the imagery is just lifeless.

Anyway, I know this is beating a dead horse, so I'll just enjoy my vindication when the first shot of Patman is released.

Team lenses. It's time for him to have them. Outdated arguments against them not withstanding

I'm sorry but blue has just never looked good on Batman, and it's not a color that's menacing. Batman should be menacing, blue just disregards that.

I don't find black eye shadow and a rubber mask all that intimidating either. But we keep getting that **** over and over again.

What about if they kinda go a MOS krypton fashion route in that he has the typical blue spandex style suit, which looks comic acurate and cool...but is used for stealth, lurking in the shadows, then , when needed, he suits up with plates and armour when he is going into a heavy hitting situation.

Almost like the bruce wayne figures with click on armour.

When it comes to the cowl, I'd honestly love to see something like this

I always like loved the cowls that complete hide Bruce's face, leaving no human elements. It looks menacing and scary. I'd just change the eye color to yellow.

Keep it black and grey and use lighting to give the black parts a bluish hue.

Ashley Schaeffer BMW.

Figured I should post this here as well:
If we get something very similar to this, I'd be over the moon.

The eyes on that cowl are awful. The ears are too small and the oval paired with that texture makes for an unflattering combination.

I like expression and animalistic quality of the cowl, but would prefer the solo bat on the chest. And longer ears.
