Well that manip sells me on the idea of Serkis as Alfred.
The bat insignia placement is a little too high and the muscles look like something you'd find at Party CityFigured I should post this here as well:
If we get something very similar to this, I'd be over the moon.
Take the hair off the top and it's perfect.Figured I should post this here as well:

Okay. Something like this would be sick

Agreed. I think it would work really well if we were getting a movie set in the 1930-40s, but I'm not sure it works these days.I don't see what everyone likes with the Bob Kane Batman? Is it the quirkiness of the purple gloves, or the weird ears on the cowl?
It's definitely cool to look back on, and it's a product of its time, but I wouldn't want that translated to live action.
Just thinking out loud about how to fix the beck turn problem. What if the cowl and neck piece were one, but weren't fixed to the cape and shoulder?
So the head could turn freely without buckling under a solid cowl/neck piece and while not looking like a bobble head like bale where the cowl was like a helmet. Then cape would act as sleeve to the neck piece, Basically a collar of sorts in the neck area on the cape. Then for cowl that has a neck sleeve extending only to the base of the neck, The collar on the cape hides where neck sleeve on the mask ends, giving the actor full range of motion.
