All i would say, is this suit needs to be so different to what we have seen before and i would even go as far as to say it's a more theatrical suit, than it is 'armour'.

If Bruce is out there to intimidate criminals, to stealth his way through the night and collect intel, solving crimes, it's almost like he isn't looking for a fight, but he knows and can do enough to evade, protect himself.

B89 had a really theatrical element.. i want more of that.

LMAO. I actually think that combo is more suited in film than in the comics. Batfleck's suit is the best but try pairing it with blue and it looks out of place.

He said that he hates working out and , even if he changes his mind , is never going to match the brute force of Affleck or Bale IMO.

No matter who you are, there is no actor alive today that would go into the role without understanding that bruce has to be physically in peak condition so therefor the actor himself needs to look in shape. A 5 month workout regime will make him look fine. I think they will go for mass and bulk, so gaining weight akin to bale in begins.

I don’t think that’s the type of Batman they’re going for. Yes, Patts will need to look strong and physically capable, but I don’t think he’s going to look any larger than Bale did in TDKR. Certainly nowhere near Affleck’s ridiculously bulky size.

Which is exactly the right way to go. I want a lithe, fast, terrifying creature of the night, not a WWE wrestler in a cowl.

That’s not how I meant it to come across - i’ll try again.. RP comes across as lean so for him to pack on muscle and appear bigger, they will need to up the protein and whey intake. He will need to gain weight to fill out the chest area and back.. an example.. Will Smith in Ali. It wasn’t all six packs and cross fit but a healthy diet packing in the protein! At least in my mind - I can’t see them doing shirtless scenes and going the Cavill route

I've brought this up before but Dan Stevens went from being one of the skinniest actors to looking like that in 4 weeks. Pattinson has 6 months. I'd expect a similar shape, maybe even bigger.

Also, there's no way they cast a sex symbol as Bruce and not have at least one shirtless scene showing off his physique. Even Tom Holland had one.

I don't think they will be focused on the sex appeal... it will be subtle. Sure, a post work out, stitch a wound up, similar to Nolan and his handling, but no Aquaman slow mo or Cavill's six pack as he holds up a crane.

I think hollywood is great at making lean men look ripped and bigger. Look at his left shoulder, no definition what so ever, bicep is lean and in line with his forearm, look at his right shoulder, clear paintbrush job with white to create definition, just look at the plate behind him.
Darker tan paint to create definition around the abs. white touch up to create a curved chest.

Even if he didn't get that big, hollywood could make him look better!

Well like I said, Stevens only had 4 weeks. Pattinson will have 6 months. Im sure he'll be fine, no Hollywood trickery needed.

I feel like it’s a good bet we’ll get longer Bat-ears this time. The yellow oval seems like a stretch though. I think Reeves will want to put his own stamp on the symbol, and we’ll get the black bat logo

One of the most exciting aspects of Pattinson’s casting is his slimmer frame. I’m ready for Neal Adams/Earth One looking Bats instead of the brutish TDKR Bats

Pattinson's training will mostly be weight lifting, so his final physique will look like Cavill with broad shoulders. How broad on the shoulders and thick he is on the chest depends on the training.

Pattinson has a natural slender frame. I'm not looking for a Batman to get as ridiculously ripped as Affleck, in fact-- I wouldn't like it. I'm down for a Batman who looks like he's believably fast enough to dodge long range gun fire from criminals. A Batman who doesn't have the physique of a Bar brawler or WWE fighter

Don't know about that...I first heard that back when he was doing the Twilight movies..rumor has it that ,for a shirtless scene , they had to spray paint abs on him LOL .
