Just got off work and saw this... So far, I'm disappointed to say, I really don't like it. I think this is the first time my gut reaction to a new movie Batsuit has been negative.

Hopefully that changes when we see more, but so far...

To the point that they keep slandering Robert Pattinson or Matt Reeves?

Like dude Batman versus Superman is underrated, yes but it wasn’t TDK trilogy, it wasn’t the MCU and it isn’t the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Ben Affleck was surprisingly decent in Batman versus Superman.

But was atrocious otherwise. That doesn’t make him the “one true Batman”.

Yes, the coloring on his costume, as well as the design was most faithful to a literal translation.

Yes, he had an amazing action sequence that is the only thing people reference in regards to Ben Affleck’s take on the character, and it wasn’t even him LOL ... that as well doesn’t make him the best Batman on screen ever.

Neither does his wig he wore asBruce Wayne LOL

Or his ripped 300 style shredded CGI’ed muscles ...

But seriously, why the salt and the put downs for Robert Pattinson and Matt Reeves? Before we’ve seen anything no less?

Ben Affleck began to disassociate from the character the second bad reviews of Batman versus Superman started to come in. And it only perpetuated there forward, and all he did was lie and string along the audience until he could finally commit to leaving publicly.

But why are you guys mad tho?

Justice League came out in November 2017. Much like Snyder himself, you guys simply can’t move on LOL a long while ago

If you’re a fan of the character first, what we have to look forward to is probably the best thing for us. And the general audience.

Dude, they're never going to let it go. Its weird as hell, Matt Reeves and RP had nothing to do with the problems that DCEU had early on. Doesn't matter what comes out with this movies, those people will always hate it no matter what.

I think the emblem is amazing. Comparable to Begins and 89. And there's more depth to it than usual. I'd probably go as far as to say that I like it even more than Begins one. It's more pronounced and striking without being a cheesy yellow oval. Which wouldn't fit for a gritty take.

I kinda wish WB would just go “**** it” and keep Affleck around as Batman for all the JL movies while Pattinson gets to be in pre-JL or an alternate universe Batman solo movies because I loved Batfleck and I’m digging what I see of Battinson as well.

I guess this means we can look forward to seeing all the on set pics of Battinson in costume in the coming days/weeks.

Frank Miller gets a pass. It's super-stylized art-work and he obviously tried to reinforce the age of Bruce Wayne. But some people just take everything literally.

Frank Miller is one of the greatest, most influential comic book artists of all time. Legendary artist.
