I hope those of you saying that the cowl looks awful because it’s a stunt cowl are correct. However, I have my doubts. I’m sure It will fit Pattinson better and look better on him. But based on previous films when it came to the cowl of the stunt crew though they were more ill fitting in some cases it was still an accurate enough visual representation of the finished product.

I also have to say I find humor in my feelings for this Batsuit. This is the first representation of the suit on film that I have not been happy (Outside of Batman and Robin which that film is like Highlander 2 to me……. Which does not exist in my head). Any my only real problem is the ugly cowl. I actually find the suit itself outside of a few nitpicks to be very interesting and appealing.

I must say based on these photos and various things I’ve read I’m definitely excited to see the film as it seems to be one of the more original stories and obviously not afraid to try things that have yet to been seen.

I gotta be honest with you guys. After all the batman's and superheroes I've seen come and go, after all the successes and disappointments, after all the rumours and sneak peeks, I've learned to enjoy the whole proces, even if I like the results or not.

So far I've found the whole thing deligthful.

The suit is not the best, for what little we've seen so far, it's in a "I'll give it a chance" stage. After all, I'm gonna see the movie anyways.

I love the motorcycle, looks like if it was made together with the other cars and vehicles from the first Mad Max movie. Awesome.

Definitely has a prototype makeshift suit that Bruce made in his garage or something.

I don’t like the weird gauntlets or whatever on the arms, or how from the waist down it just looks like some Army uniform.

I think it's interesting. Like Bruce used his knowledge or martial arts to assemble his gear and some elements were inherited from different cultures and practices. Subtle depth.

He only killed mercenaries that were heavily armed and some that were trying to burn a woman alive. And those POS have been committing war crimes around the world and working in war zones. They werent your average **** kicker Gotham street criminals. So frankly I dont care if some of them died.

Besides, Batflek's body count pales in comparison to MCU Captain America so let's not act like Batflek is some butcher for killing a handful of mercenaries.

I think those are Bo-shuriken's on his forarms. They can act as a guard as well as a weapon. For those not aware Bo-shuriken are basically ninja throwing darts. this is of course just my speculation, but that is what they appear to be from what I can see.

Ya definitely not any kind of explosive element. He wouldn't put them on a spot an opponent could easily grab. I don't hate em.

Neither is The Joker. Or Mr. Freeze. Or Bane. Or.....almost anyone of any significance Batman comes up against on a regular basis.

Honestly I think the suit looks fine. I need to see the purpose of the weird dart things on the gauntlets but the cowl looks fine to me, as a "stunt" cowl. We've already seen what the cowl will look like, sans ears, from the camera test. The weird dots on his face and the lenses, I'd assume is to CGI Pattinson's face and eyes onto the cowl. The ears look fine, perfect length to me and good shape. I'm a fan of the pants honestly too, my only slight nitpick is that the armor's shade of grey is a tad too dark for my taste but I can live with it.

My personal guess given the shape is pitons/ammo for his grapnel gun.
