Nope. It is the first suit, just different sculpter's take on it than the other McFarlane toys. It has all of the same little details - shoulder pads, gauntlets, chest plating patterns, lacing on pants, etc.View attachment 49937 This could be the second suit.

Nope, I don't think there is a second suit. I would bet anything that the sunrise shots of him and Catwoman, in which he is obviously wearing the main suit, are from the end of the movie. It makes a ton of thematic sense... Dawn over Gotham after a long and dark night... Especially given what we have heard about the movie about Bruce maturing and learning to have more compassion and searching for justice, not just vengeance.Hmm you are right.
Do you think a second suit exists? I am starting to have my doubts.
Who are you even responding to?the batsuit is perfect. stop nitpicking

Don't tell me what to do.the batsuit is perfect. stop nitpicking
We got some dope ass cape action, man!
He also races a car up and over an exploding truck, lands it perfectly and carries on..... he also jumps off buildings and swings between them.... it's not bale level realistic, or bat fleck level comic. It was pitch black in that room so taking bullets there certainly doesn't make stealth obsolete. The criminals in Gotham aren't hesitant to shoot apparently so he gotta do what he gotta do when it comes to the suit. A bulletproof vest doesn't make a man superhuman. This one is straight metal for this purpose. Had he been fighting people w guns who didn't shoot at him, it'd just be another thing to point out.
With all this new footage, I'm still not into the cowl. It's just....not threatening enough. Compared to the new cowl Keaton is rocking in The Flash trailer, this one is still coming up short.
On the matter of the "bulletproof" scene, I'm not a huge fan of him being that bulletproof either, though I thought those were SMGs, not rifles. That said? I'd find it *hilarious* if it turned out the answer was "that whole scene was a setup, he was 'bulletproof' because he had previously sabotaged their guns". I mean, "I snuck into a villain hideout to replace their ammo with near-blanks so that I can create a scene implying my invincibility" actually is a Batman move.
Keaton got shot twice, Bale got shot, Affleck got shot in the head. Don't see a problem at all, if he's not invincible like Superman that's fine.

As others have said many times, all experienced marksmen from military to cops to Secret Service are trained to aim for centre of mass (ie. Torso). In the heat of the moment and less than ideal conditions, headshots are incredibly risky given the smaller target.Way better than the cartoon capes we have recently been shown for Batflek and Cavill.

We only saw the silhouette - too soon to tell.
Corrupt Wayne Ind. could be supplying criminals and Bruce infiltrates them... however, what got my attention was the fact no one aimed for his face, his jaw could be hit and he'd be toast...

Not for me.He looked invincible like supes in this particular scene though![]()
really is a big suspension of disbelief. Same for that cgi superhero landing Batman.
Clearly that trailer was about the action. The flow of the movie will clearly be more calm and revolve around the investigation more, but at least the action looks good.
And I'm on the same page as some of you, as cool as it looks, that alley scene with the multiple shots is a bit too much to be fair, I'm getting use to it, but my first impression was not good. It really is a big suspension of disbelief. Same for that cgi superhero landing Batman.
I think it takes away the simplicity of Batman. Maybe it will turn out well in the movie but it just makes it look more like a generic superhero film. But that trailer was clearly made for general audience. The first teaser was better in terms of mood.
I'm still sure all in all it will be great, plus that madmax stunt was literally out of the park.
The still frame really helps you enjoy the action.
And that shot : View attachment 49944
Pattinson really seems to be the more expressive Batman on film. His eyes speak a lot.

I love it haha. Crazy how every one has a different perception. And I agree this trailer is very action driven, even more than I was expecting. Well, afterall, this is WB's flagshship. It's still a blockbuster event.I loved every shot of the trailer except that landing shot. It just looked a bit BvS-ish to me.
If is bulletproof too, there'll be rage.I am mildly curious as to what function the cape has for the suit, given everything else feels so utilitarian. It'd be neat if it does have some new but buyable explanation bar the intimidation factor

@DKDetective Cool explanation, thanks. To be fair, Batman not getting shot in the face/mouth area is a suspension of disbelief we have to go with for every single interpretation of the character.
