If anything the best movies as far as holiday Christmas movies go, all time definitely has to be well for me anyway:

5- Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas (2000)
4- The Santa Clause (1994)
3- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989)
2- Home Alone (1990)
1- A Christmas Story (1983)

I wanted to include It's A Wonderful Life (1947) as well because as far as holiday classics go but compared to my top 5 list comparing it against these other movies it is no contest

I also wanted to include Die Hard (1988) as well as Lethal Weapon (1987) since they are Christmas movies but they are also action classics as well

Other underrated Christmas movies in my opinion are The Ref (1994) with Denis Leary, Kevin Spacey and Judy Davis

Bill Murray's Scrooged (1988) which is another underrated film

Definitely Polar Express (2004) now that movie is really underrated in my opinion

A Christmas Story
A Christmas Carol (George C Scott)
Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
And of course, the guilty pleasure Jingle All the Way

Jingle All The Way
Bad Santa
A Christmas Story
Home Alone 1 & 2
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Batman Returns
Die Hard

and now Krampus

Home Alone 1 and 2.
Jingle All the Way (they only play this rarely... I hope it's on, I think it's hilarious).
The Family Man (Nic Cage).

And, inspired by you guys, last year I added Batman Returns to the list, and now I may throw in Die Hard and DHII for good measure.

Harold and Kumar 3 is approximately 400% better than it has any right to be. It has become a staple among my friends and I and for the most part we aren't into stoner comedies.

Not a movie but the Its Always Sunny In Philadelphia christmas episode is incredible.
