I think it's THE performance of Devito's career. As the Penguin he just goes beserk. A vile, disgusting character, close to a monster. Almost a caricature of the roles he's been typecast in -- the slimey businessman or conman. Okay, he's slimey as Cobblepot, only literally this time.
