personally i do like jensen alot, he has grown alot on supernatural. I do hope him the best of luck with have a good career post when supernatural does end. But yea he has even stated recently he isnt likely to get the role himself, since he wasnt been asked and his agent hasnt given him a script or anything. As for who will get cap i do hope they end up with someone solid.

I like this cast for the most part. A few suggestions.

Give me Logan Lerman instead of Levitt for Bucky.

Scott Adkins for Union Jack.

My reasoning; he is an excellent martial artist, so he can provide some great action scenes. And he's a solid actor. But he's not a name, so you can get away with covering his face with the UJ baclava.

I wouldn't mind Jason Statham as UJ for the star cache, but I'd be afraid they wouldn't want to cover his face.

I just saw "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" and I must say that I was totally unimpressed with Channing Tatum's looks and acting ability. And I strenuously object to him being suggested as Cap. End transmission.

He's a far better actor than Worthington and others that have been suggested on here.

Basically I'm saying that I disagree.

Worthington might not have the American accent 100% down, and i'm not suggesting him for Cap, but Worthington is most definitely a vastly superior actor. I suggest you partake in the wealth of AFI award winning and nomitated Australian movies that Worthington has starred in before comparing him to an American Soap television star.

I'm really picky with my casting suggestions, but I'm actually starting to not mind Garrett Hedlund... I need to see him in something where he has a substantial role, and is given something decent to work with before I make up my mind...

As far as Teddy Sears goes, I think he needs to show us he has the talent... One TV show, however good he is in it, isn't enough to properly judge ability... He may be only good at doing that one character, which is pretty different from an experienced leadertype soldier.

i said it before i doubt tatum auditioning or would be offered the role. There is alot better actors out there then him. Plus i am sure marvel wants something different then him.

Just don't want it to look like I am campaigning for Hartnett. Not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice.

I have a feeling that when casting is initially revealed I will be disappointed in the choice but as time wears on I will come around. I trust that Marvel and Johnston knows how much is riding on this movie and the importance for a solid actor in the lead. (NOT Tatum or Worthington!)

Don't get me wrong...Worthington isn't a bad actor at all, but not for Cap. The accent problems would be too much of a distraction.

Marvel clearly knows how much is at stake with the casting of Cap, regarding Avengers and everything, so they'll be playing it safe.

Matt Damon has always been the A-list guy I was supportive of. I just think if you are going for star power and can get him then why not try. I think Chris Pine is interesting too as is a couple other guys. I don't worry so much about to hair because it can be cut short and contacts can be applied as long as they are not as distracting as Fantastic Four.

People sort of expect there to be a young Brad Pitt out there, but truthfully Pitt is an enigma. A guy who who looks the part exactly and has the acting chops to boot.

I'd almost rather have Paul Walker if you are going to go with someone who looks like Cap from the comics. At least he was decent in Running Scared.

Brad Cooper you shouldn't sleep on either. He had a hit movie and almost got the Green lantern gig.

Watch Death Sentence or Friday Night Lights or Four Brothers. Hedlund is a million times the actor Paul Walker is.
