I’m more ambivalent about it than anything. But between the tragic circumstances of the original, the diminishing returns of the sequels and the “Sisyphus pushing the rock up the hill” nature of getting this reboot off the ground, I just have to ask… Why? And will it be worth it?Tired of seeing people *****ing about this.
Just give me the movie. I’m down for it and interested to see how they approach it.
The Crow is one of my all time favorite comics and movies, but I’m still open to this.
Sanders is no Proyas that’s for sureWell. Here we go again.

*Was.
I’m willing to forgive one bad misstep but Proyas made Knowing AND Gods of Egypt. As much as I love The Crow and Dark City, it’s hard to let those movies slide.
I take back giving it a chance if that's who's at the helm.

No, Proyas is the director of the original, not this reboot. Not sure what happened to him after he made Dark City. I’ve heard I,Robot was pretty good (not sure why I never saw it) but Knowing and Gods of Egypt are two of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.
Wow, the genius behind that beautiful, gothic tale gave us..... Gods of Egypt?
What the hell happened to him I wonder.
Knowing and Gods of Egypt are good actually
Knowing and Gods of Egypt are good actually
Don’t trash Jack Kirby that way!
It's a compliment! In the movie, the Earth is flat and Geoffrey Rush must cast out a giant space worm from eating the planet every so often. That's the kind of mad creativity I wish we saw more of. It's a fun, solid movie.
