With all due respect, this is a redesign thread. I come here to see the changes.

i think you misunderstood me (or maybe i misunderstood you).

ofcourse this is a redesign thread. but i was responding to the overall issue of change. i don't think it should be just one or the other, 1 change, or 180 change.

now, if you like a design that is completely 180 degrees different, then by all means, this thread welomes it with open arms. but i don't think change one thing, change everything should be the way of thinking.

again, i didn't say you were wrong. i just don't agree with it.

(to be honest, i think i didn't respond accurately because i was talking about superman, and i realize you weren't. i'm be going back and forth with this and the new superman costume thread. my bad.)

MY FINISHED REDESIGN OF RED ROBIN INTO RED RAVEN.

i tried to keep a similar cowl but add a beak look to it

he has holders for his shock rods on his thighs similar to daredevil and he is holding a brass knuckle in his other hand

i tried to give the cape a bird silhouette . if anybody wants to take a crack at modding my design go right i ahead. i'm easy and think it would be fun

i wanted to go for less lethal but potentially deadly weapons. and is the cape design ok

ps: can you tell he was once red robin?

Definitely can tell. The similarities are there.

As for the cape I think it's cool because it is very bird-like (so if design is all you are worried about it is cool)

As for function, I don't know how well it would keep him in the air lol

If he jumped off a building with that think, his new name would be Red Pavement

But if you aren't worried about function (because why would you, it's a design thread) than ya, it looks cool to me.

yeah its more for dramatic effect. in the beginning batman didn't wear the cape for gliding right. so i figured all this means is he cant jump off a 10 story building and glide down. but he can fast rope using a grapple hook

That's pretty cool CB i'm working on my own spliced up version but I suck at drawing so I get frustrated when it doesn't look as cool as I want

I have this tricked out Ninja version of tim calling himself Red Raven but it just doesn't come out right on paper aaarrrrgghhh!

i wanted to give him a bat-twist so i that belt he has was once one of bruce's utility belts and since bruce is bigger then him it hangs loose. thing is i attached the buckle and the back to the suit so it doesn't fall off

i while back i posted a pic of a grim reaper batman. and ramore said it was just a redux instead of a redesign. i was wonder how. did DC already do this. its just its been bothering me cause i thought it was a good idea.

and no his arms are not short there just pointed forward
