i know theres a thread SOMEWHERE on this but i couldnt find it.....

i just saw the movie.reminded me of The Cave, except it wasnt crap.
it was actually pretty good.though i have to admit the monsters were a bit of a let down.i barley jumped in some scenes... but i still liked the movie,and so did the person i saw it with.

one thing that pissed me off.......was the ending.it was an extremely cheap way to not have to explain the movie because of time.deep down i saw it comin but i didnt want to be pissed.

good movie,not as scary as hyped up to be,bad ending

I actually didn't mind the ending at all. I loved the monsters, as they weren't big hulking creatures, but they can overwhelm an individual since they're more adept to the environment.

When Sarah and Juno were just going at it with the creatures, I loved every minute of it. Eye-gouging, headbashing, the works! Juno was that BEAST until Sarah confronter her about sleeping with her husband.

oh man I am way pumped for this movie and I normally never am for horror/scary movies!!

I was reading all about it, details and some behind-the-scenes stuff and reviews... and holy crap I got freaked out sitting here in my room reading about it! Going to be so frickin' scary!!

And the Saw III trailer!!! This is going to be one hell of a movie experience on Friday!

No actually Under the Rose I was just reading a little snippet about it in EW and they said that the ending that the brits got is not going to be the same as we American see. THey said that the British ending is much much better. The dvd will probably have two alternate endings like 28 Days Later. I actually want to see this film.

i just made the grave mistake of watching the cave on showtime (or whatever channel it just started coming on) and boy, did that suck... i'm sure the decent is better, but i'm really turned off to it now after watching that movie... plus, i just watched the ending on youtube, and it was really weird... and not really weird in a good way.

When the film was originally released in the UK, it featured a slightly more depressing finale.
"We had the time to do it, and it gives me as a filmmaker that rare opportunity to have two endings," explained director Neil Marshall. "We never tested both endings with both British and American audiences, so I can't say if one group liked one over the other, but it seems like the American audiences will like the one we're releasing here."
