American Version : Sarah gets out and sees Juno in the car

Original version : Sarah get out sees Juno in the car, flashes back to the cave shes still there sitting infront of a birthday cake, camera pulls back and her daughter is on the other side of the cake, then you hear the crawlers coming for her. the end.

As for the hallucination thing nice theory you never know could be true.

NM: Yes, the American distributor decided to change it. There won’t be anything new; the only difference is that when she climbs out of the cave and she gets in the car and she drives along, it cuts back to her being in the cave: that’s what they’ve cut. So she’s in the car, Juno sits next to her and she screams and that’s it. All it really does is it suggests that she does make it out of the cave. She’s still bad, but she’s out. They tested both endings and it played a lot better without the last bit. For whatever reason they preferred the idea that she made it out of the cave. Fair enough, she’s killed all her friends but she’s out of the cave, so it’s ok! (Laughs.) My original ending has been seen in the UK, has been seen worldwide, everybody else is going to get to see that, but well. It’s a totally different mindset; I can’t get my head around it, but whatever. They’re going to get to see the complete ending on DVD anyway

Interesting, still a cool movie seeing as none of it was shot in a cave

I just think they WERE freaking cave people that were in there, and the girls just stumbled into the cave and to their doom!!

Speaking of Doom, Doomsday will be his next project The British are taking over Cinema, Children of men, Hot fuzz etc.

I watched this for the first time not too long back, and it scared the **** out of me!

One of the best horror films I've seen in ages, moved at a nice pace, and was quiet realistic....as realistic as finding a bunch of savage sub-humans in a cave can be anyway!

I raved about it for weeks, and urged everybody I knew to watch it!

I just saw it...This movie is freakin creepy!!!
And it has a great story...not just some gore fest.
I dont think Juno deserved what she got...She came back for Sarah in the first place, that was really sad.

The script for the sequel was available online last year. It's a non-stop thriller. But I think the 1st film was absolutely riveting!

Most of the original cast will appear as corpses. Sarah did escape but she's traumatized. But don't worry, the movie will have a whole new cast to kill off.

i think it was also bad in the first movie but they never show any close ups. which i think was the best part of the movies.

I'm not very impressed. What's funny is that they actually recycle a scare from the first one by watching the nightvision camera.

I was very underwhlemed by the first movie. the suprise "twist" with the lead characters boyfriend was not a suprise. In fact, I figured that out in the beginning at the canoe scene. I find the original ending more interesting, but the film itself was pretty lame.
