Just when you thought it couldn't get worse. :o

Ben looks like he's crushed by the revolting development at discovering he has no thing. :o

Yes, several on twitter have cut the other two out of the pic and just left him, and that is pretty much the main caption with the pic.

I just felt the whole Fantastic Four presentation was so awkward and lifeless at Comic Con. And I'm not even super excited for dog and pony shows the way hardcore Marvel fans are but I felt they could have seem a tad more excited.

I think they've all just resigned themselves at this point to the inevitable negative reception.

Michael B Jordan is subliminally sending a message for Disney to get the Fantastic Four back. :o

MBJ: I don't give a rat's ass about this movie but I could get behind the Mouse. :o

Even if the film will be good (which it won't be), having to attend an event to present a film that a majority of the fans already hate would make anyone feel crappy.

I'm confused. Why would you willfully complicate an already thin movie with a convoluted origin for Sue Storm?

So....we are getting war orphan Sue......yep, that's the happy upbeat Fantastic Four Family I have read for 50 years..............not.

I mean when you get Tom Hiddleston showing up in full Loki outfit and in character doing fun Loki stuff for the crowd, and Josh Brolin showing up with the Infinity Gauntlet, and RDJ and Chris Evans "squaring off" on stage for Civil War, that's big fun stuff FOR the fans.

It shows, on SOME level, genuine or otherwise, they care about the fans.

It's not anything big or grandiose, but it shows they're having fun and they care, and they want YOU the fan to have fun too.

And FOX isn't above it either. Look what they've been doing for Deadpool. Beating the crap out of AC Slater in FULL costume, that fireplace photo. It's ALL fan service for a movie both THEY and the FANS are excited about.

And it shines a harsher light on Fantfourstic because...they could have been excited about it too, they could have done it the right way, which would have made US excited. Instead, they cheaped out and told some guy with one found footage movie to his name to do whatever you want this this amount of money. And they screwed themselves.

It's sad.

Diamond Dallas Page's daughter is tweeting she's at a screening of FF as we speak about 56 minutes ago. So what another half an hour we can get some "average fan" reviews?

Yep.

And prepare for "it was fun! had a blast!" stuff. That's what this early Twitter stuff will amount to.

Saw the same for BayTurtles.

I'm going to be honest, I don't give a crap about average people who get to see a free movie reviews. I don't take them seriously one way or the other.

Some posters here were giving Wolverine Origins, X: TLS, Spider-Man 3, Story's FF movies, high marks when they came out. :o

Average fans won't be at that screening. This is a premier screening with celebrities. IIRC, somebody mentioned tickets going for thousands (due to this being a special event).

Expect mindless fluff. If anything bad comes out of a screening people were invited to/paid big money to attend, there's a huge problem.

Who is the guy on the left of the picture? MBJ on right, BELL in middle. Left side?

Gotcha.

Ooh, mindless fluff from shills?
Is that the other thread?
