I can't say meh to any of those I would definitely want those. The Indiana Jones boxset alone is probably going to be some of the best catalog title sales of 2009 for Blu-ray. Looking at what else I personally want from Paramount this is pretty much the least of movies I would love to see get announced...
American Beauty
Anchorman
The Bad News Bears (Not the ****** Billy Bob Thornton one)
Beverly Hills Cop Trilogy
Collateral
Cool World
Dead Man on Campus
The Elephant Man
Friday the 13th boxset (We should probably see this no later than 2010)
The Ghost and the Darkness (Underrated movie)
Good Burger (This one is a joke...or is it?)
Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy
Minority Report (Screw you all I liked this movie a lot)
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
Private Parts
Road to Perdition
Saving Private Ryan
Scrooged
Stephen King's Silver Bullet
South Park (The movie and every single season please)
Strangers With Candy (See above)
Team America: World Police
The Terminal
War of the Worlds
The ones I would probably pick up, I'm definitely getting the F13 stuff, especially if part three comes in 3D.
Part 3 is already confirmed to be coming out and the previewed cover art says 3D. But I am waiting for a boxset.
Yeah, I am waiting for the boxset for it too. Hopefully with the 3D one they give enough glasses.

Lord of the Rings Pre-order Now Available!
In an early announcement to retailers, New Line Home Entertainment in conjunction with Warner Home Video have revealed the cover art for 'The Lord of the Rings Trilogy' Blu-ray and Amazon has begun taking pre-orders. The release currently does not have a release date, but it is expected to be released later this year - most likely during the holiday season.
No technical specs or special features have been revealed at this time, but you can expect to see 1080p VC-1 video accompanied by a Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.
The only potentially negative news here is that the films will be presented in their theatrical versions instead of the more popular (and more faithful) extended versions. This is not entirely surprising as Warner made it well known early on that the theatrical versions would be released first, with the extended versions coming sometime later (likely around the theatrical release of 'The Hobbit'). However, any hope of the 2009 release using seamless branching to show both versions has now been washed away.
But, that doesn't take away from the fact that this is indeed 'The Lord of the Rings' - three films which together grossed more than $1B domestically - in high definition. This is one of the releases Blu-ray fans have been begging for, and you can bet this is going to be one of the best selling Blu-ray titles this year.

Well at least WB is being honest about their double dip plan. They said theatrical versions for now and the extended versions when The Hobbit comes around.

Oh and by the way, M:I 2 wasn't that bad, it had some good action.![]()

mission impossible 2 wasn't even mission impossible. It was an American James Bond before Jason Bourne became THE AMERICAN JAMES BOND.
