I thought they are. I mean isn't that the 3 hours and 10 minutes long director's cut?I thought they are. I mean isn't that the 3 hours and 10 minutes long director's cut?
There will be another release, according to Snyder, in the fall. It will be the 3 hour and 10 minutes of live action cut together with the animated Black Freighter. All together around 3 hours and 40 minutes or so I believe.
wow three years already, how the time flies. My first Blu-Ray was THE PRESTIGE, bought in Spring 2007. Anyone else recall theirs?

Sourceimdaly Buys PS3, Blu-ray: Format War Officially Over
February 16, 2008
In the latest bit of bad news to the format, HD DVD's biggest ally in the format war has officially proclaimed it's support of Blu-ray.
Paramount? No.
Universal?? No.
Toshiba??? No.
Ladies and Gentleman, SHH poster "imdaly" has indeed jumped onto the Blu-ray vehicle.
The war is over.
Adding insult to injury, the player he decided to buy was in fact the Sony Playstation 3, a gaming console belonging to the very brand of game systems he as time and time again sworn to never own.
Upon reluctantly purchasing his Playstation 3, he also purchased the Blu-ray "Across the Universe", and has immediately ordered "LOST: Season 3", "Ratatoille", and "Spider-Man 3"...all on Blu-ray.
We've contacted "imdaly" to ask what he thought about his dark, dark day. An eerie silence surrounded him, and all he was able to mutter was "I can't even recognize myself anymore. I'm a shell of who I once was. I've sold my soul to the devil."
"imdaly" has assured us that he has no plans to get rid of his HD DVD player and nearly 100 HD DVDs, claiming that they still work just as well as the ever did, still have better feature, and, besides...the red cases still look better."

Wow, Blu-ray's 3 years old already...geez. I remember the fun like it was yesterday. *cue Memories song*
But yeah, first Blu-ray's for me were Pirates 1 & 2, which I have yet to see on Blu-ray. lol. I didn't even have a Blu-ray player when I got those. lol.

I'm assuming by "Pirates 1 & 2" that you mean "Pirates of the Caribbean 1 & 2" and not the other "Pirates" movies?![]()

I was gonna wait until the Black Freighter cut, but if say Best Buy or somewhere does a "Buy Watchmen blu-ray, get Black Freighter blu-ray for cheap" deal, I'll probably go for it.
Yeah it sounds like that WBshop deal is right up your alley. Pre-order Watchmen and get Black Freighter for $5. Plus you get a free Blu-ray along with it with that coupon code if it still works so I really have no idea why you guys are even contemplating it. 3 Blu-rays for around $30-$40.
I will probably give it a try, how is the shipping with WBShop, fast?
Well, I took advantage of that deal from WBShop. Got Watchmen, Black Freighter, and Inkheart for $30.70 shipped. Not bad, that's about 10 bucks each.
Not bad?? Thats a ****in awesome deal...lol.
Ok, ok, I'm pushing it I know. lol. But yes, it's a great deal.
