I don't think the placing of the last episode of the first season of Legends called "Legendary" is correct. Because Rip sends the Legends back to 2016 (May specifically) and when Sara goes to the Bunker (Arrow's) Quentin is there (he's supposed to be out of Star City with Felicity's mother) and he says that Damien IS causing problems not WAS giving the impression that he is still alive therefore "Legendary" takes place before Arrow season 4 finale

We were actually working on a DCAU timeline, and to some extent still are, but it will be at least a couple of years before that sees the light of day, unfortunately.
Also, this is strictly a DC household so we have no plans of ever doing a list based on Marvel's timeline.
