Couldn't find one anywhere so thought would create a dedicated thread to Guy Ritchie's latest flick The Gentleman.

Loved every second of it with probably the finest acting I have ever seen from Grant, Hunnam puts in a solid performance, McConnaughey oozes charm & charisma throughout and Farrell steals damn near every scene he is in.

8/10

What did everyone else think?

I didn’t realize that this was out yet. Is it limited release? Definitely want to see it. I hope it’s a return to form for Ritchie, because his post-Snatch output has been garbage, IMO. The first Sherlock Holmes and RockNRolla were watchable but I have a hard time calling either of them good. But I’ll give this a shot because Snatch is in my top 10 movies of all time and Lock Stock is also a classic.

Oh yeah my bad that's probably why their wasn't one already think I just seen its not released until the 24th in the US.

This looks like fun. I'll definitely see it when it opens in the U.S

Don't know if I just got old but I didn't find this as kinetic or fun as Rocknrolla or Snatch.

It's more similar to Layer Cake in terms of pacing and the protagonist's arc.

With all that said, It has quite a lot of irreverent humor. I'd give it a solid 7.5/10.
