For some reason "Paranoia" song, called "My Enemy" reminds me in good way at one song from Bleach soundtrack, specially second part of the song.

The songs on the second disc that are actual songs...I'm not diggin. Not my type of music AT ALL. Song for Zulu is the only one I'm okay with. The others, I find hard to picture in the movie.

I'm excited to see how they fit - if i'd heard 'Kingdom Come' by Coldplay before I saw TASM, i'd have the same reservations as you, but it fit quite well actually. I'm uncautiously optimistic!

As for the samples for TASM2, I've only listened to the first disc, and I seriously love it. Hans is a maestro. He'd better come back for TASM3!!!

Look at Me seems to be Max Dillon's theme before the accident. I like that they went with a parallel version. The voices are still there but dormant and calm at this point.

I loved Horner's Spidey theme, one of the few things I liked about the first movie. But from that sample, Zimmer's theme sounds great too!

Haven't finished listening to the samples yet, I'm on 'Sum Total', but I'm loving it so far. Can't wait to get it. I remember as soon as TASM1 finished, I went across the street to the B&N to buy the soundtrack.

The best samples: So Much Anger, I Need to Know, There He Is, I'm Moving to England, Let Her Go, I Chose You, We're Best Friends, No Place Like Home

The good samples: Special Project, You're That Spider Guy, Cold War, Look At Me, Ground Rules

Song for Zulu is the only one I'm okay with.

I think that will play in the movie, towards the end. The lyrics are perfect for the film's themes - and it is melancholy/reflective.

I'm liking a lot of the songs on the soundtrack. Tracks like "I'm Moving to England, "Let Her Go", "I Chose You" and "The Rest of My Life" have a very ethereal, shoegaze quality that you never really hear in a summer blockbuster.

The other one, with Spidey upside down with Electro shooting out his energy, must be the standard edition cover.

There He Is, I'm Spider-Man, My Enemy, So Much Anger, I Need To Know and I Choose You stick out to me at the moment based on the small previews. Because as we know, there's still a lot left to hear from the rest.

Well the Electro stuff is...uhh, interesting. But so far so good. IDGAF about the songs though.

Hahaha. Zimmer, Pharell and Marr went ham on this score as I had expected and kept telling folks.

This will be my favorite superhero soundtrack since Batman Begins probably.

I love that they have songs too (It's On Again). That's so 90's OST vintage.
