Why couldn't a hip hop song be in a superhero movie? It's not about genre of music, it's about context.

"Cold War" off the soundtrack is what will be playing during the final scenes. "It's On Again" will be end credits only.

I can imagine Spidey beating the crap out of some crooks in the last scene with the Kendrick's part, then switching to after credits and Alicia's verses. That could work.

Dude. No. The end of the movie will have the song "Cold War" playing. The movie will end. Kendrick will come in when the credits begin to roll. we will not see Spider-Man or any other characters on screen while "It's On Again" is playing.

If they wanted it to play during the rhino fight (assuming thats the final scene), all they would have to do is play a variant of it without kendrick and with the guitar playing in the background.

Oh god I love "It's On Again"!!!!

Such a throwback of the olden (80's and 90's) when blockbusters used pop/rock/hip hop artist for the end credit songs.

I feel more movies are doing lately. Here's hoping for a full reemergence of that trend.

As far as I know france will get it on 14th.

The OST of TASM leaked online 8 days before the german release. So maybe tuesday is the day. But thats just speculation.
Last time we also got some kind of radio special with some tracks in it.
