These ethics confuse me... he is positive it will be leaked tomorrow, but refuses to give it to another user so that user can leak it for him because of ethics?

People who are going to buy the CDs are probably here on this forum anyway and have highly anticipated the music for months...

The people who will pirate it will pirate it tomorrow anyways...

Just stating facts... Maybe there is something I`m missing, maybe he doesn`t wanna feel responsible for a leak in any way :/

He doesn't want to be responsible for fear of repercussions, Though there's little danger of legal issues he could likely face a ban since the mods would have literally no trouble whatsoever knowing he leaked it and is responsible for members spreading it around the site.

Well it is past midnight in 5 of the countries that are releasing the album on April 11th and a few more hit midnight in 42 minutes. It should be available on iTunes for them.

Well it is past midnight in all of the countries, but I check iTunes and the albums all still say preorder. I wonder when they are suppose to go live. I know when albums launch in the US on Tuesday they go live at 12am EST 9pm PST time.

Not sure how Amazon works, but I know iTunes is really strict on not being able to visit another country's store and buying music. Not only do you have to have an address and physically be in that country, but you also have to register with a credit card from that country. So there is no way to do it unless you actually live in the country.
