The Healthy Hypesters Challenge

I dropped a jean size! And a bra size...

Breasts are largely adipose tissue (re:fat) so they are usually the first to go when a woman loses weight.

Which is why it's almost impossible to have big boobs and be rail-thin.

It's easy. I'm on day 68 of no more smoking. Just remember, that last one, was your LAST one.

I quit twice in the past; once for 5 months; the second time for only 3 months . . . I know the challenges that lie ahead, having been there before . . . and that last cigarette was my last cigarette

All in all, I went from a pack a day to just 3 today . . . . YEAH!! I'm so ready to be done man

I've seen a lot of people with thin waists and big boobs though, I dunno who started that 'only fat girls have big boobs' rumour

Clearly it's a lie

buy you some real food next time you're at work

also, the target here has a subway inside. that's much healthier than stopping at the burger joint fast food place on the way to work.

food for thought. tee hee

We only have a Pizza Hut and Starbucks in ours. I don't work in a huge Target store. Our store is big, but as far as Targets go, it is small.

And for the pun, :facepalm

i've lost the 15 lbs , dropped 2 jean sizes and have been drinking water everyday.

now i just gotta try and push more on that strength and stamina one.

I'm about 15 pounds away from my goal. A treadmill is a nice thing to have.
Also, oats.

As for my sleep schedule, yeah. I don't know if I'll ever get on a regular sleep schedule.

Pickles,
Nothing is IMPOSSIBLE. Just highly improbable.
So you're right, there's still a chance that it could work.

I know for sure there is, 'cause that's my body type haha. I've always been thin with a big chest, and so are a lot of my friends. It's a lot more common than you think.

Count me in to! With as goal to lose all my gained weight and go back to 130 pounds. But this time with exercise (though I hate the gym:csad:) considering that I can’t hold on to a diet longer than a week or less.

Try a group class if you hate the gym. I do a weights class, then cardio. It's more motivating if there's an instructor there who notices when you're too lazy to lift the barbell. Shame from potentially looking like the odd ****** out is also effective.
