A Healthier Hype Challenge

We all make goals and resolutions, but how many do we actually keep?
I don't know about you, but I'm fairly good at keeping some of mine, and that's in part due to a great support system that motivates me and keeps me focused. We're 30,000+ strong here on the hype, so what a great support system we've got here!

I achieved my goals that I set for myself in the 2009 version of this thread just like many other hype members who participated.
(2009 thread found here:http://forums.superherohype.com/showthread.php?t=319145)

This is the place for you to announce your goals/resolutions for the year, your progress with them, and your acheivements throughout 2010. Use this thread for support, announcing when you've achieved a goal or to support your friends. Post your strategies, work out regimen, keep a food journal or whatever you need to post to keep you on track, whatever your goal(s) may be.

There is NO penalty for not achieving the goal, nor is there an award, but you can create your own.

Even if you don't have a goal, feel free to just offer support, advice and motivation to your pals. Anything deterring, stupid or negative isn't welcome.

The second post lists all those who want to participate and what goals they are trying to achieve.

Lose more weight again.
Also, never run outside in the winter again. Lungs do not enjoy.

To add to this, go from a size 40 pant size to a 36 in the first three months.

Thats easily doable bro. I did just that a few years back but went from a 40 to a 34 in just over 3 months. Watching what i ate was key, i didnt do much exercise, i mean i wasnt sedentary but i wasnt running a mile a day or anything like that.

-My goals that i started last semester were to get back to where i was when i was playing summer league baseball. Im not playing summer league anymore but id like to play some intramural's come spring and actually be able to compete the way i once did. Iv been dieting/working out since mid Dec and have lost about 10 lbs, which would have been more had the holidays not of thrown me completely off. Its one reason why i came back to school so early, my families cooking is NOT conducive to dieting.

Blackman
-Gain muscle mass
-Gain more endurance in running. Basically not having such a short amount of stamina when playing sports

Gain muscle.
Get to 168 lbs by the end of April (currently 150).
Get the chest to 38" or above (currently 37")
Get a Six Pack by working so goddamn hard.

In addition to the 2-3 marathons I plan to run (signed up for one in Wisconsin in May and the lottery for NY, waiting for Chicago registration to open as well), also complete the Chicago Triathlon in August.

After three months of heavy working out, I'm still a little loose in the cage... I want to get my diet in order.

Also, I want more lower body strength. My calves look monstrous but everything else is just.. eh.

So on the diet front, I know about watching calories and all that but do you guys subscribe to the eat 5-6 times a day or just having 3 meals and 2 snacks? I've tried both and it really seems like the same ****.
