The Healthy Hypesters Challenge: 2010 Edition

I've been trying to eat many small meals throughout the day... I feel like I'm starving. :csad:
 
My resolutions:

Get down to 160 pounds (72 kilograms)
Exercise 2-3 times a week at the school gym and do 30 minutes of aerobics like jogging a day (unless it's a gym day)
Eat less
Reduce saturated fat and sugar intake
Drink more water
Eat more vegetables
Lose spare tire

performance, and stanima are two of my goals...
 
My goals:

Short Term:
Drink more water.
Eat less food (especially junk and fast food).
Get back to swimming.

Long Term:
Lose +30lbs
Swim 1-2 miles a day
Go from a size 36 to under a size 34 waist.
