Try a group class if you hate the gym. I do a weights class, then cardio. It's more motivating if there's an instructor there who notices when you're too lazy to lift the barbell. Shame from potentially looking like the odd ****** out is also effective.
You know I actually was thinking about joining a yoga class which we have at our gym. But I most definitely will look like complete ****** even with my perfect Wi-fit skills.

Ofcourse next to that I have to do my cardio which I do most of the time with a friend what is making it slightly more bearable only less productive.
