Give me the snyder cut even with the unfinished VFX.
The chance of that ever happening is as likely as Sony making a Slenderman movie- oh wait.

Yeah I dont think that's gonna work, and it will look desperate and frankly cringeworthy. There are far better causes out there to provide money for.
I think we did what we could. We voiced our discontent, the media criticised them for it, the critics were harsh on the movie, the movie failed at the BO, many people involved with the movie have voiced their problems and hopes for a director's cut, and the petition has amassed over 165K votes. We did what we could. Now its upto WB to do what's right.
Its just...hard to let this movie go, you know? Knowing that somewhere in the offices of Burbank CA on someone's hardrive there is a working print of this movie thats drastically different and likely more satisfying is so heart crushing. I just wish there was something more we the fans could do to let WB know no matter how unfinished it is, WE WANT TO SEE IT, DAMN IT.
Anyone started on their fan edits yet?
yea, i hope guys like elon musk or richard branson are dedicated snyder fans. LOL.

Phew. That's a while to go. Hopefully there's still news to come on the extended cut.
Well, the guy who started and pays for Vero is a huge Snyder fan...sooo....
But yeah, i09 is right.

They won't be saying anything about Extended Cut till a month after the movie's DVD release date.
I guess we will have to wait till April 13 th, 2018 to get any info on the Extended Cut of this movie.

Can anyone point me to these interviews? I missed them entirely during my hiatus after JL.
I think this movie is a prime example of the dangers of the internet and how easily accessible information that we probably have no business knowing is made public. The only reason these outcries are happening is because it has become public knowledge that another, possibly better cut of this movie may exist and the fans are protesting for it. But if we didn't know this, if we believed that movie we saw in theater was THE movie and there's nothing else then we'd all be taking the film for what it is, and if we liked it we liked it we didn't we didn't and thats that.
WB has not been able to keep a tight lid on this whole situation which is what you have a PR department for. People involved with the production are coming out left and right teasing the fans that what we saw in theaters wasn't the real film, thats why this is happening.

It's understandable though, there are people who put their heart and soul into a scene and it just doesn't make it. Wagner saw lots of stuff cut out and it makes the product lesser for it.
I say make an extended cut if the production team involved feels that the extend time in Blu-Ray is better served there than anywhere else.
However, there's a feeling of contention between WB and now the dispersed team that was under Snyder, doesn't it? I have no doubt about that. So I don't feel WB will cave into those demands anymore. But it's be cool to be proven otherwise.
Oh for sure, man. I mean, at the end of the day, the only way WB is going to release an extended cut is if they feel they can make extra bucks off of it. As is, I don't see the TC version of JL doing gangbusters on home video, but ever since the release of this movie ALL the talk has been about Zack's cut, Zack's cut, Zack's cut. A Snyder cut isn't going to happen but if they can put in extra footage somehow and PROMOTE it as a "Snyder Cut" then that for sure increases interest and sales and maybe the studio can break even on this movie AND potentially help the movie's reputation a little like BvS UE.
OR, they'll just say "**** it, its not worth the effort, we lost the money, lets move on" and just let the movie die.
Yeah the protesting is silly. Like it was a mediocre movie. It sucks how it all got handled, but no one's civil rights and liberties got stripped away here. You just didn't like a movie.
Hi, I'm the organizer of the "#ReleaseTheSnyderCut" photo op & I just want 2 clarify: it's not a protest, as ur article, & others, have called it. We wont B picketing or shouting. We're just going 2 take a photo in front of WB w/ our sign.

IF the home release cut is promoted as a Snyder cut and DOESN'T have his actual version on the disc, I will personally buy a ticket to WB HQ and burn the place down. Simple as.
Okay, update guys.
Its apparently not a protest, but a photo op.

Still doesnt make any sense, and will be fruitless, but marginally better I guess.
but seriously she has a conviction and she's taking action...for a pic with her and friends in front of WB with signs...so I'll just say...good on her?Eh, thats harmless imo. Let them take their photo with their sign. As long as its peaceful and nothing aggressive. I'm curious to see the turnout for it lol
Yeah its harmless, but with all the articles and negative attention, I guess the damage is done :/ Still could have been much worse, so thankful that these people have some sense.
