Anyone else ever get stuck in watching a horror movie in an empty theater?

There was only one other person in the theater when I saw the Conjuring 2.

That was a ghost.

Closest I came was seeing Hatchet III with a friend in a theater with 3 other people. By the end of the film there was only 3 people left in the theater. One that thankfully directed us to a showing of Maniac 2 days later.

I just got back from the new Blair Witch film, it was pretty scary but I wish they had taken a different approach to it. Anyways, since it's October I have a tradition of watching horror films leading up to Halloween itself, do you guys have a list of what you'll be watching this year?

I saw the Blair Witch the other Day and there was only like 2 other people in the theater I was in.

As for Halloween Horror Movie watching go this year I said early Im starting my 31 Days of Horror Anthologies. Today I watched Body Bags interesting film caught some of the Cameos in that John Carpanter, Sam Ramii and Wes Craven and Mark Hamill.

I watched Tales of Halloween earlier. Really good fun!

Ahh, I love this time of year. Second month of 4 months of movie marathons and it's all about horror and Halloween. Already on my 4th film (because I know I'm gonna fall behind during the week thanks to work and wrestling).

I think The Thing, Rammbock, Two Thousand Maniacs! and 2001 Maniacs is a good start to 31 Nights of Halloween.

Second day of "Shocktober" and I watched Child's Play.

The effects on Chucky still hold up incredibly well for the most part, especially in the end fight sequence.

Love Chucky. The first two in particular. The scene where Andy's mom finds the batteries still in the box is legit creepy.

When it comes to the Child's Play series my favorites are 1&2, Bride and Curse.

I've seen the first two, but not the others. Seems like it got quite hokey until the most recent one which I heard was decent.

I just watched Bone Tomahawk (2015).....I knew nothing about this before going in except that it starred Kurt Russell. If you see the DVD box or any poster for it....you will say - Hey, a western -.....but it is a western horror movie.

Basic story.....American west 1800's....a tribe of Indians come to small town and carry off several people including the woman doctor. When the sheriff (Russell) asks the local Indian expert for help....he tells him that the tribe are cannibal troglodytes cave dwellers that even the local Indians are too scared of to mess with. The sheriff, the doctor's husband (Patrick Wilson), a local gunslinger (Matthew Fox), and the sheriff's old part time deputy (Richard Jenkins) go after them. What ensues is a bloody, gory, no holds barred adventure of cowboys against the killers from SAW or HOSTEL.

That sounds pretty awesome definitely gonna check it out^

Just watched The Wailing.

Hoooooooooly ****.

Just watched Trick R Treat again. The Halloween/fall atmosphere in that movie is fantastic. I hope the next Halloween movie has one like that.
