You may be the skinnyest but some people have muscle for weight;) shimp boy

;):) I have some muscle. I do 180-240 pushups six days a week, to perserve the arms I had in weight lifting this past spring.

Youre short, haha.

I'm 6'3" or 4" and I weigh 184 lbs. I can lose weight very easily, but it's a constant struggle to keep it on.

(one of the reasons why I have to consistently lift to gain.:O Sometimes it sucks, but I'll never be skinny and the benefits like: the runner's cut, ab def, and and overall proportioning are pretty nice imo.)

You do realize lifting makes you skinny. You have to eat to gain, and probably should only lift 3-4 (tops) times a week.

It depends on which culture you come from; here in the American lifestyle which fervently strives for physical fitness, I'm fortunate to be what is considered the "ideal" measurement so to speak.

In some countries/areas/or regions, weight gain is actually preferred to tell you the truth.:o

Here in the States, everybody is so consumed w/ weight regardless of whether or not they're heavy, skinny, or a miscible combo. It really doesn't matter to me. I just exercise for the mental benefit; it's relaxing.

I'm from America, I exercise for the same reason as you. Bike riding is very relaxing.
If I got down to your weight, I would look aneorexic(spelling?) cause my bones are so frickin big.

Yes, you certainly do have the right geometry aka an apple bottom.:up:

But you're still jailbait. . . .:o

or like somebody else said: 3 suits who are deciding on how many lol's to put in a post under the hope that it will fool people.

Really? I thought that if I lifted daily, but increased the time inbetween lifts w/ lower reps, I would still gain. Is this inaccurate?

This past spring in weight lifting, we lifted all week. By lifting, I mean 3 upper body days, and two leg days.

Kmack--We are like the same height and like the same weight! :) ain't that kool?!

Jolie=jailbait :(
