Nice curves

J'Lo watch out.

Yesterday, I weighed 209 lbs. with clothes on. I'm guessing weigh 130 lbs. without clothing.

When I'm "in shape" I generally weigh around 175 lbs. and bench (dead weigths) 275 lbs. I'm told strong people can bench twice their weight. I cannot.

By the way, I'm 5' 6" and my doctor said I am obese. Not overweight.
Obese. That felt greaaaat.

I weigh 70kgs

5' 11'' and a little below 11 stone (about 150lbs)..

People never beleive me when I tell them how much I weigh because I am quite thin..

5'4'' - fluctuate between 112-115 lbs.

- 6'0''
- 170-175 pounds.

I gotta gain more weight though.

GOD!!! What's with all these people saying that they need to gain weight?

In my case, 175 might sound heavy, but for a 6' person, it's not that big.
I'm eating/working out to try and get to 200-210 lbs.

Really? I thought that if I lifted daily, but increased the time inbetween lifts w/ lower reps, I would still gain. Is this inaccurate?
Well it all depends. But you sound like a categorical hard gainer. So no. Your body grows with rest not with lifting. Usually a trainer will tell you a week is needed to fully recovery a single fully fatigued muscle, two days to recovery from a full training sessions. Generally the rule of thumb is that if a trainer is requiring you to lift more than two days in a row without rest, then drop that trainer. However really it breaks down to having sufficient rest for the amount your doing. So if you go four days in a row (Football players at school/college tend to lift four days during a five day week) take the weekend off.

Also eat a lot of food. Some people even have to go on the donut and pizza diet to gain (meaning eating everything and anything you can get your hands on mixed with a 4 or 5 day training routine).

Lifting should last no more than 1 hour.

I just find it funny that people say everyone is getting fatter when most of the people in this thread sound fit. I wasn't trying to offend anyone(you didn't seem offended, so I guess it's ok)

Everyone here is actually pretty normal.

I honestly expected more fatties. Then again they prolly skipped this thread. :o

There are quite a few of us here that are into bodybuilding, which means adding muscle which weighs more than fat. Drop fat, add muscle, you'll weigh more overall (unless you're one of those 1,000 lb. fatties or something that they have to airlift to the hospital).

I weigh 116-122 pounds and I'm 5'3". I'm currently working on gaining muscle tone and building strength (though, it's going a bit slow).
