A photo of an alleged sex offender named "Brian Peppers" surfaced in my office today. The picture was obtained from the ohio sex offender website.

The picture looks too gruesome to be real.

Origins: Many readers have indeed been asking whether the above-displayed photograph, which accompanies an entry in Ohio's Electronic Sex Offender Registration and Notification (eSORN) system, is for real. According to the eSORN entry, the picture depicts one Brian Peppers, registered due to a conviction for "Gross Sexual Imposition" in Lucas County, Ohio.

Most readers are of the opinion that the image is a fake (possibly a picture of some type of mannequin or a digitally manipulated photograph), and that the entry in eSORN is an erroneous one (possible a mistake, an inside joke, or a hacking prank).

I never encountered roy. I never felt like venturing into the CINO forums to see the idiot posts. Freddie is the only one I remember getting banned after 1 post.

Ahhhhh, well, despite the plethora of idiots that frequented that forum, there were some great people who posted there and some really interesting discussions and debates were had. There was also a great deal of highly entertaining and amusing troll-bashing and CINO thrashing that took place in the CINO forums. You really did miss out on some fun.

He pretended to be Bison from the popular Street Fighter video game series. He was an up and coming singer as well. You can hear his vocal talents which he left on a SHH member's voice mail here.

Goddess Bunny: A video of a girl with a multitude of birth defects dressed in a leotard, bunny ears and tutu, doing some sort of tap dance. The video freaked out several Hype members towards the end, when the music in the background stopped, and the only sound was the Goddess Bunny's tap shoes, while the camera closed in on her face, which, other than being completely expressionless, was the only normal looking feature she had.

Brian Peppers: A grossly disfigured man who is a registered sex offender in Ohio. His picture is occasionally brought out as a joke, to throw people off balance.

There is a seperate Manties forum, started by DOG LIPS and run by he and Master Bruce, though it is not as frequented as it once was.
