Gyllenhaal in Nightcrawler. That hairstyle, build, his eyes, the way he carries himself...that would make for a terrifying Joker. Add some different mannerisms and voice like i know Jake would do. And a great suit/makeup. It could be legendary. Unfortunately it will never happen unless they reboot this thing within the next 5-7 years.

Didnt he mention how playing the joker can push a actor to the edge (said to heath apparently). Even some one of his status most of pushed the boundaries off camera. Obviously not in a method acting way but in a way which found himself hard to switch off after being on set.

The role of Joker and a actors mental and physical limits interests me greatly. I remember all the talk of Crispin Clover.Paul Bettany before the cast of Heath. One thing that instantly came too mind was if they had the mental capacity to play joker. Method acting was a ****** approach by someone like jared and i dont excuse some of the **** he pulled, i guess he was looking for a platform to escalate his traits of his joker.

I just feel who ever does play joker, must have deep understanding of what it takes to play the role. I watched a ****** watchmojo vid about the 10 worse things joker has done. That was abit disturbing to watch and confirmed to me why he's one of/if not the most controversial characters to inhabit.

Jack cleared this up. He said they misquoted him. He wasn't talking about the Joker when he said "i warned him!". It was about the sleeping pills, because he said he had a dangerous experience with them.

The Joker made Heath crazy stuff is overblown. It's all media attention crap. At the most, Heath probably had trouble with insomnia and trying to fight stardom, being too anxious, so he was taking pills to calm his nerves and go to sleep. The Joker was a passion project for him and he was obsessed with getting it right. It may have made him more exhausted and so he mixed too many pills etc, and it cost him his life. This was after the part though.

I don't actually believe Leto sent anyone used condoms. Until the alleged person who received them comes forth, I don't buy it.

Jake is great candidate . As someone mentioned his nightcrawler performance was eerie as hell. His whole face looked disturbed. I think jake would bring alot of great dynamics. It comes down to WB having the balls to recast . I think Affleck/jared would want to delve into this joker for a 2nd film which we have never had btw. It really is a shame how backwards WB and everyone involved has got this universe. They must have a constant " damage limitation mode ". Its beyond pathetic how badly they have ****ed up.

I dont see them taking risks now. Yea thats right, i said it. Justice League and Wonder Woman will have a extended versions because there balls in in a vice and yes that includes Affleck. Sorry for rant.
