The Dark Knight The Joker's Complete Arsenal

Little known fact, the Joker hunts doves on his days off.

Great thread!:yay:
Here's some screen caps...sorry they're not very clear...anyone know what that chain-looking thing is in the lineup? Is that his wallet chain? If so, it looks like he might have a knife hooked to it...

"Nothing in his pockets but knives and lint."

Not sure why he would carry a wallet with no desire for monetary gains and no forms of any I.D. whatsoever.

btw, Thanks for the screen caps!

I doubt it's a wallet. What the hell would he need a wallet for?

Pocket watch makes more sense. Especially with the style of his suit.

Don't forget the knives pulled out of his pocket at the police station after the semi-chase. I don't know if he actually used any of them, though.
if you look closely you will notice that the last one was a potato peeler

Yeah the chain is for a pocket watch. Someone in another thread said the watch was custom from a design produced by Nolan himself, perhaps it was supposed to get some screen time, but it didn't.

Fellas...I worded the post wrong...I know he didn't have a wallet :oldrazz:; I've read somewhere that it's a heavy wallet chain, as opposed to a pocket watch chain...and like everyone here, I'd love to see what that custom Nolan pocket watch looks like!:woot:

And if all he had was "knives and lint" in his pockets, then I would think that that rules out a pocket watch being a part of the inventory...

I could definitely see the joker having a knife attached to the "watch" chain, that would fit right in with his personality.

Are you serious? Gordon would add every little detail to that little two second dialogue?

"Nothing in his pockets but knives and lint. And a pocket watch."

Yeah, that sounds so much cooler.

What's your point? And he might also possibly have added..."and a nude photo of his girlfiend, and a 2GB memory stick, and an American Express credit card, and some 45 caliber bullets, and his granny's false teeth...."

You can "suppose" he said anything....fact is, all Gordon said was "knives and lint"...that's screen accurate, bro, not supposition about a possible pocket watch, and that's all the facts and canon dialogue we fans have to work with....

All I'm saying, is that is could be a knife....by all the screencaps I've seen, the chain is going into his pants pocket, not in a watch pocket...

The coat just looks blue in that lighting, its actually a deep vibrant purple. The complete costume will go up for auction later this week. Here is a pic of the entire thing with different lighting.

I'd wear that shirt and that vest but the whole outfit (other than on Halloween) might be a little too much:grin:.

Is the Cupid the knife he used on Gambol too?

no, it's a different one. i like that one much better. but no one know's which one that is. or i have read anything on it yet. i think it's a black blade with a groove down the middle and about 3 holes off to one side, close to the handle. that's all i saw. oh, and black handle.

With that said, what kind of pencil did he use for the magic trick? Anyone knows? :hehe:

i saw a white eraser(but it could be pink and just drained of color from the lights).

From my research on another board, I'm pretty sure its a Microtech Troodon. I think he also had a Microtech Scarab on the evidence table. Neither of them are cheap knives however. Something like $400 each. :csad:

thanks, it's illegal to carry a switchblade in california, but i'm still gonna go look for it.

The perfect potato peeler I haven't found yet. I'll have to either see the movie again to memorize how it looks or get somebody to get me a screencap of it. I think the handle was wood. And I wish we had a better shot of all the knives he uses when the cop is laying them down on the table. I'm sure a lot of them are the cupid otf's. But I bet there are a few regular knives.

the one before the peeler is a regular kitchen knife with wooden handle. so don't forget that one.

i agree, if there WAS a watch, it wouldn't flow in the dialogue. but i'm still gonna say it's attached to a knife cause that's cool. maybe just a regular pocket knife that you have to manually pull out. cause i keep thinking i see one of those. like smooth black with silver or gold lining on the sides.

did anyone say pool cue?

too bad the shirt with that outfit isnt right...
that blasted shirt is hard to find! (and when you do find it its bloody expensive!)

(also Joker has 4 buttons... well three.. but 4 button holes!)

nope, no ones added broken pool cue to the list yet XD

this thread is great. the jokers arsenal is freakin amazing.

The Joker didn't use the pool cue. He just broke it in half and left it for Gambol's henchmen to use on each other. So technically, the pool cue isn't part of his arsenal.

aww common!
if you gonna say that then the gun he gives harvey isnt his arsenal either! he never really used it.
I still vote cue to be in there.... /pout

if your gonna get into his COMPLETE arsenal wouldnt his maniacal laugher be one? stretching the technically speacking of course!
I think an evil laugh is important for a psychopathic super villain!

soulinertia, im really interested in the costume your putting up for bid. link to bid?

I'll post a link as soon as I get it listed. I've also got a NON-working version of the electric airsoft G18 up right now. Orginally GLOCK Inc. took it down for using their name. But now I think it should be ok since I have no reference to their name. I'm just selling a few of these as a dummy prop guns since I can't get them to work properly. Bidding starts at only 1 cent!
