The Joker's Lair

You know, I don't see that many scenes of the Joker beating up Batman. I'd like see more of them, it'll put them on an even playing field.

On another note, I love this pic. I like it's style.

Also, trying not to toot my own horn, like the way I did these two. I know one you saw, but the other you didn't. And they both look creepy.

eh Joker uses his lovely weapons in order to harm Batman...I honestly think if Joker took a swing at Batman, he's break his hand :(

I'd just give him a dose of smilie-X when he jumps on top of me(sheesh yeah I know...freak) while batman rushes to give him the anti-dote, I'm already back at the hideout.

I have the other two.......duke nukem one I do not

Well, I read "The Killing Joke". I have to say that it was one of the best comics I have ever read!

Alan Moore is just so great at creating a cinematic atmosphere in his comics. It is fascinating that here, The Joker is at both his most terrifyingly monstrous and his most tragically human. He's developed very well here, and I particularly loved the ending.

However, I have to say that the comic was fairly disturbing in places, with evil cross-dressing midgets, images of Jim Gordon's twig-and-giggleberries, and more dead babies than an Exorcist prequel.

But of course, any insight into the twisted mind of The Joker requires some shocking material. This, along with "The Long Halloween" and "Dark Victory", have made me a big fan of Batman again, and The Joker in particular. With this in mind, would any of you recommend any other Batman TPBs to get?

Oh, and while I'm here, I thought I'd ask some of you Joker experts a question about him, since I am portraying him in the DC RPG. I am well aware that his most dangerous weapon is his Joker Venom. However, is The Joker immune to this?

Wow awesome thread  :D

Joker is without a doubt the BEST Batman villain.

Two-Face is good.

But he doesn't hold a candle to The Joker.

The clown prince of crime owns them all.And his sweetheart Harley too ;)

True, true.

Well, that's touchy. In Batman issue 1, the Joker proclaimed that he was immune to his venom because of injections of the antidote. But I don't know if this is true in current continuty or not.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'll work under that assumption then. Also, if you want, you guys can check out the DC RPG and see how I'm doing as The Joker. hey, you should join yourself, we're needing more players!
