:hehe:

It's been years since I've seen that. Still hilariously catchy. :funny:

I remember YTMND used to have a lot of JP memes in its heyday as well.

My favorite movie of all time. My love for film comes directly from my experience seeing this with my family in theaters.

:funny: Hilarious. :p
Fun fact: when Jeff Goldblum was over at the Graham Norton Show for Independence Day Resurgence, Graham brought up that meme gif and how Sam Neill replied to it on Twitter when someone asked him about it. Around the 1:27 minute mark:

It would have lost some of the magic without him even if still good overall.

Seeing it again in theaters is tempting, I can't deny. The 20th Anniversary 3D release in IMAX ten years ago was so incredible that I went twice.

Am I the only one that would fully support a full-on remake of the series but ONLY if they were true adaptions of the Michael Crichton novels?
I loved the films. Even with the couple I don't appreciate as much as the others, I truly love them all. BUT.... I also LOVE the Michael Crichton novels. I feel even though they did use some loose source material from the books not seen in the first two films elsewhere in the franchise, there was still so much I wanted to see that I haven't gotten and so many of these would have been magnificent on film.

Just to name a few:
First novel:
The T-rex river boat ride chase scene and swimming scene.
The more horror-oriented Raptor scenes.

Second Novel:
The T-rex Nest scene with Dodgson.
The Extended High Hide scenes with various dinosaurs and chases
The very suspenseful Carnotaurus camouflaging scenes at the shed with fuel barrels.

If you've never read the novels, there was just so much more to it that would be amazing to see on screen. I remember that they actually had planned to have the River Boat Rex chase but budget didn't allow for it back in 1993.

But anyway, just curious lol
