Dolph Lundgren is a decent pick, indeed. The main reason I'd prefer Clancy Brown over him would be acting ability. Lundgren is more frightening and menacing in a mute role. He doesn't convey fear through speech the way Brown does. And Bison is a villain of the blabbermouth variety, heh.

They said that in SF2V, which isn't canon. I think in the games he's just American.
