Can't believe this thread is still going on. It has to have been 3-4 years since I started it.

Can't believe you still randomly pop into remind everyone you created it...I'm just saying who does that contribute some art if your an artist (which you are) or encourage and comment if your not much of an artist like myself.

I've redesigned my Black Panther model some I kept looking at him and I just found him to be so bland. I initially set out to just add some kind of armor to him but i wasn't really in favor of the idea because that is more of Batman thing. Anyway I started to think African tribal paint which started to make more and more sense when you consider who he is.

Nice pic, but she could use some tattoos to make her more badass in the spirit of wolverine.

Would tattoos even "work" with wolverine and or x23? wouldn't their healing factor reject the ink?

Yeah I did look to tribal paint the body paint I based on a ancient African chieftain art piece of Menelik of Ethiopia, The face paint I though I just thought looked cool really but it could represent a panther claw or the 4 Wakandan tribes.

Lobo + Deadpool = ?
Whatever his name was, he can no longer remember, he is now (Lobo + Deadpool).
He was once a normal human, or maybe some sort of assassin, but after Weapon X experimented on him with alien DNA, he was mutated. Now he cannot die. Cuts heal, severed limbs grow back, and nothing can stop him it would seem. More than that he gained heighted senses, like the ability to break the fourth wall, and he became an excellent tracker. He is a half human, half Zarnian, Space Traveling Ninja Biker Assassin for hire, who cannot die. He was so powerful that he killed everyone on Earth, in his own universe. When he got bored he found a way to escape into our universe. Now he aims to do it all over again. Only problem is, because of his extreme healing powers, he cannot remember anything. His healing heals his brain and erases memories, all he has now are vague memories of killing everyone and escaping. He can’t remember more than that, not even how he got here. And soon those vague memories will be gone. So he has decided to have as much fun as he can trying to figure it all out again. Maybe he can, and maybe he can’t do it again, what does he care, it’s just a comic.

This is a rough draft of the idea. He is wearing a altered and ripped Deadpool costume, he looks like Lobo under it but with maybe narled up skin like Deadpool. He also wears Logo's biker stuff over it.

I don't like the chest design don't mind the colors except blue knee pads. Mask is arms ok.

I kinda like the inverted webbing you've got going on there. Where the costume showing through is what makes a kinda web-ish pattern. Keep running with that, though I think it should be worked on a bit to just add more polish.

Not a fan of the colours. especially the neon blue.
Great concept though. A little polish and good to go.

I think it would look cool if it was red and black.. I really like the idea. Although I would take the pattern off the mask, for some reason that makes me think of a turtle.

Oh and while i'm thinking about it. You could probably lose the weird kneepads and mimic the broken / webbing pattern with the top of the boots.

I just saw Captain America, and I loved it. It was so great. Loved the tone, Evans was perfect for the part. It was wonderful. And in honor of Captain America in theaters here is Monkey Boy!

Hey folks,
Here's my Spider-Man redesign for Project Rooftop.
Wanted to play up a few key elements. First of all it had to be something a teenager could cobble together. Secondly, it had to have a full range of motion and mobility, and lastly, had to play up "geek trying to be cool" a bit.

Wrist brace webshooters. Vibram FiveFinger inspired boots. Allowing him full foot movements. Let me know what you think!

Thanks. Yeah, I was trying to do something different with the hand spiders, but they aren't essential to the suit.

I haven't posted in these forums in a long time. With the recent debut of both the new Spider-Man and Superman movie costumes, I thought I'd chime in with some quick sketches I did of the new Spidey. The first one is a rendition of the EW cover that came out a few weeks ago. The second, is just the new suit.
