Okay this one is easy but I can't think of anything else

I should have been able to easily defeat Spider-man but my arrogance got in the way...my master would not be pleased...

I'm pretty sure it was a one time thing...he is definatley not in Spidey's rogue gallery

that I came back into the light.

Ironically, when I came back to the light, I walked with the Night.
