I just had a thought. Since we got an "official" look at Magneto in costume could it possibly be that he's still operating and has a new Brotherhood??? The team would be Magneto, Bishop, Blink, Sunspot, & Warpath. Possibly in the future they're not the X-Men's enemy, but form some of alliance ala X-men legends 2...

Magneto is wearing a similar outfit to Xavier, so I would assume that their working together (Erik is friends with Charles and would hate Trask). Stewart and McKellen are still badass all these years later (Bishop looks fantastic as well). We've had two fantastic actors play Xavier and two fantastic actors playing Magneto (lucky).

I really like the idea that all mutants come together no matter what ideology for the right to have freedom etc. maybe we will see how FC characters go there seperate ways and OT unite type thing

id say they were building up to forming the X-men with the first class characters

according to singer its magneto and xavier whose relationship is focused on, maybe they are working to become friends in the future again and in the past Xavier is being forced to go against magneto

who says there is a brotherhood in the future? i don't think it will work that way, i think its just mutant resistance group of mutants

the brotherhood will probably be set up and only appear in the past, there will have to be a difference in timelines

Will we see older Mystique pop up I wonder? Magneto was willing to join with the X-Men to defeat Stryker in X2 and this situation looks much worse than that. Magneto and Xavier never stopped being friends, they just disagreed on how to accomplish the same goal.

i dont think she will br seen in the future, i think beast and her will remain in the past for many reasons, 1 being it gives FC its own identity, plus she has a story in FC

Yes she truly is. Maybe Mystique is Pietro's mother in this universe (she and Erik were obviously involved). Jennifer looks a lot more like Rebecca did in the OT then she did in FC (the blue is the same).

Mm, she took a role that was quite underwritten on the page and really made something of it. I adore her performances. It's a shame that she seems to go unappreciated and seems to be forgotten among the returnees people demand from the OT.

And now that they've fleshed out Mystique thanks to FC, and presumably this film, they could really make something more of future Mystique with Xavier and Magneto.

i really don't think we will unless its a cameo, from what singer has said about FC and the OT i think he will wanna keep them separate and identifiable, and helping give it a cross over vibe

its like saying why isn't future beast in the film he should be there to help the X-men its wrong that he isn't there but we pretty much no kelsey grammer isn't returning so i don't think we will see future mystique either

it helps seperate FC and the OT from being to the same but giving us a connection with magneto and Xavier

I really hope they wrap Magneto's story in this movie. I want them to give Ian Mckellen's a happy ending like he's retiring and finally found his peace. I just don't want to see him go back and forth with the X-Men again and again everytime mutants have to face a big threat to their existence.

So it has been agreed upon that all mutants who lost their powers in TSL has regained them? Iwas always for the cure not being permanent if they moved forward with the original cast back.

If leech has not close to some1 then his powers wouldnt work on them anyway.
